Today i booked bus ticket from tirunelveli to trichy at renugambal travels at 8.30pm in tirunelveli old bustand through your site but the bus driver told me your names are not there in the passenger chart my self krishnaraj and my colleague rajesh, i am totally disappointed, as a energy auditor i will take this issue as a simple thing, mentally i got stressed now. So pl refund my ticket charge as soon as possible

We would like to inform you that we have processed full refund from our end on 09 Sep 2017 for INR 1100.00. In case the payment has been made from a private sector bank the refund will take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account for public sector banks the refund will take up to 7 working days.
