[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — complaint about unprofessional behavior of customer care executives and refund related issues. | |||||
I have booked a room for two nights at hotel sankam, belgaum on 8th july, 2017 between 10th and 12th. However, due to changes in my program, i had to cancel the booking on the same day. I cancelled by calling the customer care telephone number: [protected], where the executive informed me that i would be charged for one night amount to which i agreed after an assurance that i would be refunded one day’s charge within 48 hours. However regrettably, the refund was not processed and from 9th july, 2017 till date i have called the customer care on innumerable occasions unsuccessfully. The executives there have assured me with promises of call-back they did not keep. This attitude is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the yatra.com. Some of them got impatient as well and perhaps require a crash course in public relations. This approach is unacceptable and hence this complaint. I demand that corrective action be taken in this regard, or i shall be forced to delete my account with yatra.com.
