Dear Sir / Madam Felt cheated for sure. When I needed it for my booking two days ago it was not there. What’s the point of offering a glass of water when I have already quenched my thirst. It was deprived when I was thirsty ….will always remember this incident. Found your policy deceptive and manipulative. It better to pay more and feel better, isn’t it Hope you spare others of experiencing the same.
