[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — flight refund of jet airways ticket | |||
I have not received any support regarding the jet airways cancelled ticket bearing reference no.[protected] booked on 15th march from guwahati to mumbai round trip for 2. Jet airways has given necessary comments to yatra regarding full refund but your company is showing a paltry sum of 2168 instead of 25000 refund. No one picks up call and not a single customer care number is working. I am contemplating legal actions against this gross misconduct and i have to approach the consumer forum. This is with reference to your email regarding the flight status under reference number[protected]. We regret the inconvenience you have gone through. We would like to inform you that your flights for both onward & return are canceled with a full refund and same has been processed from our end on 06th April, 19 of INR 25408.00 into your same account through which the payment was made. Please note, Yatra takes only 24hrs to process the refund, Further, if the payment was made through Private sector bank then it will take 2-3 working days & if the payment was made through Public sector bank then it will take up to 7 working days to reflect the credit into your account. I have tried to call yatra customer service several times with no luck. Could you please process the refund for the return flight so i can make alternative arrangements.
