[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — hotel booking || ref number no.[protected] | |||||
Hi I want to give a very poor feed back to the yarta online. This is for the 2nd time they canceled the booking for the hotel and every time they cannot reach me over phone and they regret by sending an email. My first reference was ref number no.[protected] which was canceled on 13/03/2018 and the 2nd ref no is :[protected] which was canceled 18th march, 2018. And the worst part was there is no cancellation policy as well. I have an important client meeting and at the last moment they just cancel the booking. Please log a complaint against the poor service in yatra so that the customers does not face any inconvenience issue for this. N. As per our records under Yatra booking number[protected] hotel was not able to honor the booking but our team try to contact you to assist you regarding alternate hotel but after no response from your end full refund was processed for the booking INR 384.00 on 13th March 2018 and for booking number[protected] as per our records alternate hotel was given to you.
