[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — I am complaining about the cheating made by yatra.com while booking train ticket from Ranchi to varanasi

I have booked a train ticket through Yatra.com... I made the payment but when I am checking the booking status on it IRCTC website, it is showing payment requested... That means Yatra.com has not made the payment to IRCTC which proves it's a fraud website. When I am checking the booking status in my booking section of Yatra.com, it is showing that my train ticket is canceled but I have never canceled the same.

Regret the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform that refund has already been initiated on 01 June. Please note Yatra.Com takes 24 hrs to initiate the refund. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hrs and if payment has been made from nationalized bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
