[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Indigo credit shell amount | |||
I had booked a round trip flights to Kozhikode from Hyderabad for 4th and 14th April. These tickets got cancelled due to lockdown and Yatra assured that the money will be stored in a credit shell to be used for one year and till September the ticket can be easily rescheduled as well. But when I am trying to book tickets with this amount from Yatra I am getting an error message saying “Special round trip fares are not eligible for partial cancellation” when both the tickets were cancelled by airline itself. I have reached out to Indigo and they said they cannot help me with this since the booking was done through Yatra. None of the customer care numbers for Yatra are working nor are they responding to my mails or messages. I have tried reaching out to them in Facebook and Twitter but they are not responding there either. The money in question is ₹9000 and is urgently required for my next booking.
