[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — International flight booking - website error | |||||
I made 2 bookings using the yatra website. Both the payments were deducted from my credit card. There was a payment gateway error in yatra - they are not able to trace my payments. Moreover - there is no confirmation, no acknowledgment - nothing. I had to make several calls - then i got a message that someone from bookings will call me. Nothing happened in 2 days. I am still trying to call and get my issue resolved. I will no more be with yatra - this is the most disgusting customer service i have ever encountered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
