I had booked a return ticket from mumbai to delhi on air india on the 4th of jan 2018 booking ref [protected]. The tickets clearly at (Partially refundable). I chose them due to this statement on the yatra website. I had to reschedule one the mumbai delhi sector for an earlier date and tried to see on the website how much refund would be available in case of reschedule / cancellation but to my surprise it showed a grand total of zero after airline charges, yatra charges, taxes etc. Speaking to the helpline for half an hour gave the same result. Even after explaining that the word partial meant some refund. This amounts to cheating and misleading the consumer into believing that there may the entire money may not be lost in case of any changes. But the are no sufficien information for objective verification of the public complaint at this site:
1. No e-ticket attached;
2. No conditions for e-ticket are attached
3. A passenger can not reschedule the sector.
Such transaction can be done as a part of the service of the e-ticket issuer upon request of the passenger.
4. No complaint is seeen, which you had tried to submit within 30 minutes over th ehone accoting to you.
So you are advised to address and to submit the complaint for any refund/damage at the site of the eticket issuer / to the email of the eticket/ or in person at the office of the ticket issuer.
The e-ticket issuer (legal entity) must accept and to examine the complaint, if it legally binding, within 15 days to the address / emai address of the claimant (author) .
You need to save and to be ready to submit each document related to the damage / luck of service at least 6 months for any future legal claims in local Indian courts.

The fair court must award each documentated loss, moral harm and paid fees by final decision (judgement).
