[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — missguided customers

I used to be a regular customer of make my trip but for the first time i tried booking from ‘yatra.com’ and now am very much disappointed.

I would seriously request you to take this matter into consideration and come out with an affirmative solution because the way this person (Mr. Manoj gupta) harassed me; cannot be tolerated and it’s not beneficial for the company in longer run.
