[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — money deducted but no bus ticket confirmation | |||
I have booked a bus ticket from bangalore to guntur from yatra android app and money is deducted from my bank account but i haven't received any message or mail from yatra side. I have got transaction id that i paid using tez app and ecash of 100 is also deducted from yatra app but i didn't receive any confirmation. I have tried speaking to customer care but i didn't receive the support i should get from them. Verified Support Feb 23, 2018 Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We truly apologize for the inconvenience you have faced in this regard. The booking could not be confirmed due to a technical error. we have processed full refund of the paid amount, Rs. 100 e cash is also reversed to the same account against Yatra Reference Number -:[protected]. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
