I have booked yatra to celebrate my, my son’s birthday and our marriage anniversary in bali (Reference number yh4885502). Overall experience of booking was horrible but since i have booked no other option. At the time of booking i made it clear that i need extra bed and it was mentioned in the vouchers as well. When i landed in our hotel, four points by sheraton, i was told no such request was made and i made atleast 5 calls to yatra and told that they will revert. Even after 6 hours not received any call and i have been put into inconvience on my birthday day. Please help me as i have already made 15 international calls with no outcome. As checked booking was confirmed with 2 adults and 2 child however extra bed charges is not included same was mentioned on the confirmation voucher as well. it was clearly mentioned in the Yatra Service Voucher that Extra Bed will be provided so not sure what records you are referring when you replied to my query. i have not even receive a single call from Yatra to investigate. pathetic client centricity
