[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — no extra bed which was committed | |
I have booked yatra to celebrate my, my son’s birthday and our marriage anniversary in bali (Reference number yh4885502). Overall experience of booking was horrible but since i have booked no other option. At the time of booking i made it clear that i need extra bed and it was mentioned in the vouchers as well. When i landed in our hotel, four points by sheraton, i was told no such request was made and i made atleast 5 calls to yatra and told that they will revert. Even after 6 hours not received any call and i have been put into inconvience on my birthday day. Please help me as i have already made 15 international calls with no outcome.
