Dear sir / madam,
I tried to book flight ticket (Indigo _ delhi-cochin _30th march 2019) from yatra.com on 7th march 2019, however due to some technical issues, the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my hdfc credit card. The same issue happened twice.
It was intimated to me that yatra have initiated refund against booking reference no[protected] of rs. 13, 777/- and rs.14, 017/- against booking reference no[protected]. But no such refund received in my account till date.
I tried chasing yatra customer care many a times, but they have informed me that they have no option for speeding up the refund especially of flight booking.
Since such a huge amount is held up with yatra, i am unable to book my flight again, and the fare is getting increased day by day. There is also a chance of not getting seats for the desired flight.
In view of the above mentioned situations, i request you to look into the matter seriously and get a resolution at the earliest.

As checked under both the Yatra booking number refund of INR 13777.00 and INR 14017.00 has been processed from our end in your same mode of payment on 7th March 2019. Please note yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. Kindly note Saturday and Sunday are non working day's.
