They taking two weeks for refunds and they are dedicated 25%.
But I have requested for one week of refunds, but they are not responding.

The text of the public complaint does not show the evidences related to the refund, namely:-
- e-ticket,
- cancellation request of the passenger,
- response of the site of the travel agent.
