e voucher

I have 2 voucher from sbi cards for yatra. I was plan a trip on base of voucher. Out of 2 voucher 1 was redeemed against bus booking delhi to manli and 2nd can't done due to wabsite problem try to many time but not successful. After that instantly report same by mail to sbi card and yatra contact no. Not respond that time. After that 2nd voucher yatra said invalid promocode and sbi said this voucher used. ​this is to inform you that i had made booking on 10th feb 2019 from chennai to delhi for the travel date on 12th feb 9.55 am air india. I had cancelled this booking through airline since travel time is less than 7 hours. And the airline said it is of full refund. Regarding refund, i need to contact yatra. So immediately i contacted yatra for initiating refund, yatra said it is no no show and they havent got any remark from air india. So i had made a con call with the airline and yatra. And the airline said directly to yatra that they had initiated for refund and asked yatra to proceed for refund. And yatra had accepted for initiating for refund and aske me to wait for 45 working days. All of a sudden i received an email on march 2nd from yatra stating that i need to submit the valid id proof ticket copy and few documents for initiating the refund since air india airline is asking for the same.. So i immediately called yatra regarding this mail, and they said without documents they could not able to initiate the refund. I argued with yatra executive that on 12th feb this was not conveyed to me but they simply said, without documents they could not proceed for refund. And to confirm this i called up airindia and raised question regarding this. But airline told me clearly that, they havent asked those information since this booking was cancelled completely and initiated for refund and i need to follow it up with the yatra only. So again i called up yatra regarding this and spoke to your executive and share the conversation i had with airline, she put me on hold and came back and said that "the mail which was sent on march 2nd is by mistake and asked me to ignore it and i will be getting the refund in 40 to 45 working days. And since it was delaying i called up yatra again in last week regarding the refund status and she told refund has been initiated and i will be getting the refund in another 4 to 5 working days. Today 26th march i called up yatra regarding the refund. And the executive who spoke to me stated that once after sending the documents only they can able to initiate the refund it seems... I am shocked hearing this...
How this could be said.. I was having a long conversations with the executive for past 2 months. They have said i will be getting the refund in 4 to 5 working days. And today one of your executive is saying that i need to reply to the mail wic was sent on march 2nd. And i argued with him what about the conversation which i had with the executives for past 2 months. And the female who asked me to ignore the email which was sent on march 2nd.. He replied me that" pl apologise for the inconvenience caused & said whe must have given you wrong information and without knowing she would have given those information.

I totally fed up with the behaviour of the entire yatra team. Is this the way you people handle the customers. Kindly check in how many booking i had done with yatra. And for each and every time for the refund i used to argue with the executive and then i will be getting it. But this time they have cheated me a lot.. Stating that the entire conversation was not mentioned in the remark and they must have given that information by mistake.
How could a customer care executive can given a false information to a customer for 2 months and the other executive is simply saying that it might be given wrongly.
You people have purposely cheated me and planning to drag even more time to drag my refund.

I need the concern person to check the recorded conversation with i had with the executive for past 2 months regarding this refund. I need a proper reply after checking the recorded version and take necesarry action against the executives and i need the refund the same immediately.

I am sending an legal complaint against this refund who cheated me and given false information and fake commitments and giving lethargic reply. All the conversation are recorded. I need those recorded version to be handedover to me for giving evidence. I wasted my time energy only for getting this refund... It a small amount but it put me on stress since the executives have cheated me.

    My ticket was not confirmed after my payment went through. Someone contacted me to say that airline didn't confirm, if i accept for different dates & different flights, they will find a flight for the same price. I accepted... But after that i was told for the return flight i will have to pay rs.2000/ extra. I was not ready for the extra payment. They said i should give my consent for full refund within 24 hours. I said 24 hours clause is not acceptable to me.in the days of online transfer which takes half a minute any time of the day, why should anyone insist on 24 hour clause?
    When the prices change in half a minute, how can the company insist on 24 hour clause? Till now the refund is stuck at your end.
    I booked from another travel site for different dates, on different airline at a slightly lesser rate. How come yatra couldn't find me the flight & instead they found me a flight on different rates at higher price.
    Whoever is responsible for resolving should see that my full refund is done immediately. Have been travelling regularly for more than 3 decades.
    Didn't have such a bad experience so far.

      It was communicated that amount rs 26290/= has been refunded to ecash to my yatra account [protected]@ gmail.com..
      In this context, i wish to advise that earlier too, i made an complaint on 18/3/19 & it was communicated that i will be updated regarding progress in the matter within 24 hours but sorry to say that till date i have not received any reply till date i. E.24/3/19.
      In this context, i want to say that why ecash account was credited without my consent. Further i request emphatically to take early steps to credit that account number through which my account was debited through internet banking on 8/3/2019.

        gift vouchers

        Yatra Egift Vouchers does not allow to fully redeem of the value, This will cause the user to left over the voucher money to the company. it is not fair trade policy by saying terms conditions which is not commonly available to all users.

        I had a bad experience of redeeming 4000 vouchers against 1500. they redeemed 1499 and the remaing amount they are not refunded to and transferred to my profile....

        I have been calling yatra for my refund since jan 24, 2019. The ticket was cna celled by the airlines. And the money has been refunded to yatra by the airline but yatra people everytime say that they will refund but now its like 2 months i haven't got my refund yet. I have already raised a complaint to yatra which they told like they will refund in 24 hours, (And that happened more than a month ago) but still i have not received my refund back. This is not the first time yatra is has done this. May be its there tactics to keep money with themselves and enjoy the interest. Now i want my money back with the 2 months interest as well.

          At the outset i had booked 3 tickets from goa to kolkata vide pnr no. Fk9j2h and yatra reference no.[protected] in flight no. 6e-803. The airlines cancelled the flight due to operational issues and booked me in other flight causing inconvenience. Since other flight timing was not fitting my schedule i had to cancel tickets wherein indigo promised me full refund. Indigo sent me credit note no. Ga2181903ab27810 dated 7th march 2019 for rs 12, 789/- and they have confirmed full refund was credited to yatra on 7th march 2019.
          Till date neither yatra have reversed my full refund neither did they called me to explain the cancellation of flights.
          First of all i have been inconvenienced due to cancellation of flight and now yatra is not refunding the money. Worst company experience so far. I would not recommend anyone to use yatra for booking any more neither do i intend to use it anymore.

              Similar with my booking reference number[protected] was cancelled successfully and the refund amount of INR 7680 was supposed to be credited to my account. But later refund status email says that only 4930 INR will be refunded to my account. Can you please check and confirm that right amount gets refunded.

                Its a bad experience for me to make a online booking with you this time under booking reference number[protected]. As i booked a round trip on[protected] and due to some technical reason flight has been cancelled by the jet airways. As per the law u have to refund my complete amount of fare but instead to refund the full amount you just refunded (4912) / 5200.

                I get the transaction reference number from my bank i. E (Vt 190650075000010901674) through which u refunded....

                Hence i requested you to refund my full amount

                  Yatra provides worst service and support. I will never ever gonna use yatra in future. this was worst experience ever. i have circulated this in my friend circle and also posted on social media so they wont suffer such problems. I have wasted my money as well as my time. if anyone is reading this comment then my suggestion is look for other trip planner if you want to have peace of mind during your trip.

                    I have book 2 international flight ticket from yatra.com online reference no :[protected][protected]. As there online format they required 2 things first name and last name. So as per passport first name we have put given name which is right and last name is we have put surname. They issued yatra e-ticket rightly given name and surname format but when we cross check with airlines about this ticket they said name formation is not in right format you can't travel on this ticket, you have to cancel. When we contact yatra they said it was your mistake we can't do any thing about you have to bair all things but actually its mistake from yatra they given wrong information to airlines

                      I have booked a flight from goa to indore on 28 feb 2019 11:45 pm through yatra.com and as soon as i made the payment i got a mail that you tickets are unconfirmed and amount will credit in your bank within 3-4 days but its 10th of march still not got the money.

                      When i contact to customer care they say we have not got any booking of this refrence no.

                      I made the amount using hdfc credit card and payment mode was emi

                      The amount is shown in my emi

                        Hi i have booked a hotel in yellagiri for 1 day stay. I was charged to 3249 bucks for that and when i checked the same hotel with another site it was only for 1900. Also my other traveller booked the same room with the amout of 1900 only. After asking the hotel service also we get to know that room is only for 1900 bucks. I don't know why yatra charged us differently and still on this site that hotel is listed for 3249 only.
                        The hotel was sucks and no facilities were provided as mentioned.
                        You guys seriously claiming the best deal and on the name of that looting the money from user and cheating them.
                        I want you guys to look into this asap. I want my money back. Your help line number is sucks guys please do something about it.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I tried to book flight ticket (Indigo _ delhi-cochin _30th march 2019) from yatra.com on 7th march 2019, however due to some technical issues, the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my hdfc credit card. The same issue happened twice.

                          It was intimated to me that yatra have initiated refund against booking reference no[protected] of rs. 13, 777/- and rs.14, 017/- against booking reference no[protected]. But no such refund received in my account till date.

                          I tried chasing yatra customer care many a times, but they have informed me that they have no option for speeding up the refund especially of flight booking.

                          Since such a huge amount is held up with yatra, i am unable to book my flight again, and the fare is getting increased day by day. There is also a chance of not getting seats for the desired flight.

                          In view of the above mentioned situations, i request you to look into the matter seriously and get a resolution at the earliest.

                              I had complained on 26th February when I received SMS giving details of ticket booked. But that was not booked by me and the name on the eTicket was also not mine.
                              I received an acknowledgement to the complaint on 27th (ID 2251844) but no solution was given yet. How is it possible for someone to book using my cell number. Don't you verify the number by sending an OTP?

                              If you have not got the desired amount or the alternative service was not provided):

                              The complaint has to be submitted in written to the company (entity), whom you had paid and own invoice or to the air carrier directly.

                              The complaint has to contain the basic fields:-

                              1. Particulars of the address, according to e-ticket, or PNR, or invoice

                              2. Particulars of the submitter: full name, address, email, phone, bank account number

                              3. Brief description of the events:
                              when, where, which services had been ordered according to, for example, PNR or e-ticket;
                              when, who had cancelled the ordered flight ID

                              4. Request: the statement of the act from the responder (what do you want)

                              5. Signature / name, date, time, place.

                              The responding party has 7 days (max 30 days) for the refund processing, or refusal to refund / compensation, or refusal to process the claim, stating the addressee, reasons, decision, his particulars.

                              Such documents are not seen here.

                              In addition, the author does not know his all rights, which are acquired.

                              If the claim is not processed within 30 days or not full amount is paid,
                              the passenger is entitled to claim money from the offender via one of the authorities:-

                              1. Department general of civil aviation in the state of residence, if in India,

                              2. Customers court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

                              3. District court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

                              If the passenger does not know the rules and his all rights, incurred from the cancellation of the flight,
                              he or she is entitled to hire the lawyer or the legal professional for the agreed fee.

                              The cost of the legal assistance start from rs 4000 before the Indian authority.

                                I booked a ticket for bangalore to pune for 26th may, 2019 today at around 12.20pm. I needed to change it to 1st june. I then called their customer care in next 4 hrs, and they mention that the reschedule fare is more than the fresh flight tickets.

                                Per government rules, 24 hours cancellation is free. But these people are not honoring them.

                                I had been a regular user of Yatra. However, this time I got a poor experience when trying to cancel/reschedule within 5 hours of booking. I think there is a need of change in cancellation system for the 1st day of booking.
                                I haven't heard back yet. But I hope to hear back from them soon.

                                I was charged Rs.5510 for the 2 airline tickets which I booked (for SpiceJet). Only if the refund is full, then only I agree to cancellation. Otherwise, you may let the ticket remain. I don't wish to pay any cancellation or refund charges.

                                The Yatra team contacted me at 11PM yesterday. They mentioned that it is upto the Airlines whether to refund or not. I then contacted SpiceJet for the refund immediately. But, they flatly refused saying that once ticket is booked the cancellation charges are same.

                                As per SpiceJet, there is no clause of 24 hrs for them.

                                While I understand Yatra's perspective, I feel the Airlines (in this case, SpiceJet) is not honoring the 24 hours rule at all.
