Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — No refund processed by yatra even after 3 weeks | |||
I have booked flight for 16-april - 2020 travel indigo thru yatra and it got cancelled by airlines due to covid-19. Pnr - og7fnf. So, my payment was turned into credit shell and i have applied for refund as per dgca guidelines. Refund initiated and confirmed on april-27-2020 by indigo, that they have transferred to riya travels account by which yatra completed booking. But there is no mail/response from yatra till now. Raised complaint on yatra app maany times, but no proper response from team. Highly frustrating. Please check on it. Was this information helpful? | |||
