[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Non receipt of refund amount | |||
My booking reference No. is YH3006041. I booked a holiday packages of Andman and Nicobar from Kolkata from 03.12.2016 to 08.12.2016. Due to the cyclone I had to cancel my airline tickets of of Vistara airlines ofPNR No.7LMAPS and 8IR7QM from Port Blair to Kokata on 08.12.2016. I contacted the Vistara Airlines Customer support for the refund, and they said that they sent the refund amount to the yatra with waive off of cancellation fee remark on same day i.e. 08.12.2016. But even after 6 days I did not get the refund amount to my account. Dear yatra I have really suffered a lot during this vacation and I did get little from your end. So this is my humble and last request to you kindly reimburse my amount to my account immediately. Do not make me feel that I make the biggest mistake of my life for making booking from your site.
