Hi this is the 2nd time am complaining about this fraud, its been more than a month am waiting for my refund. Every time i call them they tell me some other story on 11th july i got the mail that i will get my refund in 10 days. I don`t know which kind of calendar you guys use. Am really really shocked that such big company can also fraud for just 10, 000 rs. Look if you can`t return the money tell me upfront. So that i don`t waste my time here and there. But i think yatra.com is a company of thief's take money very politely after that, they even stop responding to calls, waoo hatts off to you thief`s. You made my me realize that come what may but never ever book a holiday or trip to abroad with you people.. You should change your name from yatra.com to thiefs.com stealing innocent people money. God will never forgive your actions. They never respond to my calls nor emails.

Is there any1 who can help me in getting my money back. Or i think the last option i have to file an police complain against them.
