[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — not providing provision to cancel the bus ticket as per their cancellation policy

I booked a bus ticket online in yatra.com to travel on 8-7-18 from tirunelveli to chennai. As per their cancellation policy, prior to bus departure, 3 to 6 hrs, 50 % return is eligible for cancellation of the ticket. For cancelling the ticket in their website it was told that, i have to go to their website only in my account log in. But, my ticket was not shown in account dashboard. hence, i was unable to cancel my ticket in the appropriate timing.

Yatra.com is cheating customers. My complaint was not resolved. As per their ticket cancellation policy, they dont cancel the ticket and refund the amount and thusby they cheat the customers

We would like to informed you that as we have checked our team tried to contact you many times regarding your query. However, could not connect as the number was unanswered. And, we we have checked your booking date has been passed also. Hence, no cancellation or refund would be possible on it.

Updated by sssroji I have tried to cancel my ticket from 2.20 pm through your website on 8-7-2018.
Your website had the error and didnt show my ticket details to click cancel.
Till 5 pm, i was trying to cancel my ticket in your web site. but, i couldnt.
I have posted mails to your customer support id from 2.20 pm itself till 5pm, but there was no response from your side.
then only i have posted a complaint in consumer complaints forum.
You only asked the screenshot of your website error and my reference number and i have sent the same immediately.
i was tired trying to cancel my ticket and get frustrated
you can see the time of the mail i have sent and your response time.
For the cancellation of one bus ticket, i have spent so many hours and it was very loss for me as I had several other work at that time.
Hence, i wish you to give you a notice that i have to approach the consumer court for the time and energy and money loss due to this incident, if i was not refunded my ticket amount

As per our finding our team was in contact with you and clearly informed you that flight fares are dynamic and it can increase anytime by airline end. But, you were not agreed on that and wanted refund for the flight booking. When our team was in process of refunding the flight amount, You agreed to pay the amount and with your go head extra amount was charged and flight was issued.
