[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — refund for jet airways flight | |||
Yatra is not initiating the refund of jet airways ticket which was cancelled by jet. I already checked with jet airways, as per them they have initiated the refund for all cancelled flights. But yatra is not ready to initiate the refund for the same and moreover they have very poor highly unprofessional customer care unit who do not know how to interact with customer. We would like to inform you that we are initiating a total refund claim of INR 3454.00 for your booking reference number[protected] under Jet Airways billing and settlement plan to facilitate refund. Please note that we are initiating this claim on your behalf and the airline is open to receiving all refund claims till 20th of May’19. As per the process shared by the airline, they will take a minimum of 45 working days to validate your refund claim. We will connect with you as soon as we receive an update on your refund claim. Regards, Yatra Care Apr 30, 2019 Updated by shivam121988 What process are you talking about here that will take another 45 days, I got attached response from JET airways Nodal officer about my refund, and it clearly states that it has to be refunded by travel Agent. I have been hearing to this since 10-12 days that you are in contact with JET to initiate the refund but they have clearly mentioned travel agent has to refund it. Have attached the below for your reference as the status of your ticket still shows as OK. Do advise your travel agent to initiate the process of your refund, as the refund can be given only from the point of purchase.
