On 12 march, we have cancelled our flights with indigo and they have provided a refund to the agent, yatra. We were due to travel on 12 april. Indigo has given us a partial refund and vouchers to make up for the balance. When we contacted indigo for the refund as we have received confirmation of the amount to be refunded from indigo, they advised that the refund was paid to the agent. Yatra refuses to assist us and providing the refund done on 13 march 2020. We received a email asking us to cancel on their site but it doesn't allow us to do so. The reply we get is that the flight booking has been cancelled by the airline. How do we now get our refund that indigo paid over to yatra???
