[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — refund issues on 30.10.19 | |||
Hello, I have done one hotel booking of agra through yatra.com vide booking ref id[protected] on 22.03.19 through google pay. The amount was rs.1775. On the month of october i have cancelled the booking. They have confirmed me that they have initiated refund on 30.10.19. But after 18 days has passed the amount is still not credited in my account. When ever i am asking yatra for utr number or rrn number they are providing the number generated on 22.03.19 which i transferred to them for booking. Every time they are answerig the same but it is still not credited in my account. Kindly help me out to get the money. Thank you in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
