[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund late

I have booked my flight from Hyderabad to Chennai to London on January 26th on yatra.com for the date of travel Feb 2nd, 2021. But the flight got cancelled by the airlines (Air India) and I have contacted yatra and they have rescheduled the flight to Feb 16th and then again the flight got cancelled by the airlines. I have contacted Yatra on Feb 11th when I got an email about the flight cancellation and requested for refund as they have mentioned that they are not sure when the next flight will be available from the same airlines. They have accepted the refund request and the refund application number (RA number) [protected] and [protected]. My flight booking reference is Yatra reference no.[protected]. They have asked me to wait for 45-60 days but its been almost 90 days and still they have not initiated the refund and its saying as pending from airlines. As per the initial conversation the request should be raised on Feb 11th for the refund but now when I call they are saying the refund request has been raised on March 23rd and from that date they are asking me to wait for 45-60 days again which is unfair. I am paying interest for my credit card. This is very wrong. I need my money back.
