I am sitaraman vaitheeswaran. My reference no :[protected], i am your regular customer for past 10 years. Ibooked a trip in airasia through yatra for bangkok from trichy on 21 dec 2017 and return to trichy on 26 dec 2017. I paid 20 kg baggage for two persons each for both way. When we return from bangkok - don mueang the airport people in airasia told, " mistake has been undergone in your agent side - that is yatra. You have booked baggage for only in departure from trichy and not for arrival from bangkok - don mueang to trichy. I need immedeate refund of the extra money i paid. Was this information helpful?
