[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Ticket booking using airline credit | |
The flight ticket booked from bom to bbi with ref no:[protected] & pnr no: ohsdpp, was cancelled by the indigo airline due to the covid-19 outbreak. The indigo airline provide a credit cell of inr 24579.96. But its not available in the payment page to book a new ticket with the same passenger using the airline credit I had doped several mail but no response Not able to contact the customer care also I want to book the ticket today Please check and advise Was this information helpful? | |

We would want to inform you that the credit shell which was created against your booking canceled due to Coronavirus pandemic only be utilized in a new booking through our online self-help option by visiting the “My Booking” section on our website. The credit shell can only be utilized in a new booking with Indigo created through Yatra.com. In case you face any error while creating a new booking or while making changes to the existing booking, please share the error screenshot at [protected]@yatra.com for our team to assist you better.
