[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — tickets partially booked and being asked for more money to complete booking

I booked a multi city route with yatra.com They booke 2 flights out of three, and mentioned that they would call me back in 2-3 hours to have this sorted. They did not call. I called them the next day to check the status an they asked me to either get a refund of the 1 flight or pay the extra amount to confirm booking. I made the booking with full payment as a mark of acceptance of a transaction provided to me by yatra. By doing so i kept the terms of the transaction. However, once paid, yatra.com asking for more money is a breach of terms and trust and should be held liable for cheating. This particular episode has happened to me twice out of the only 2 times that i have dealt on yatra.com. I consider this amounting to online fraud and requires serious action. i have bookked a flight ticket but failed that day until 7days ready i am not recived payment where is my refund money...?

3/1/2019i have booked an air ticket through ixigo for yatra app from sinagpore to gannavaram with reference transaction id.3112890159345 amounting to rs.10894/-. It is submitted that the payment has been debited from my debit card money account and didn't recived.where is refund amount
