I have kept an international flight ticket to usa from hyd on hold for 2 days looking at its cheaper price comparing other sites.in the hold period i got about 20 mails. But none of the email or in the booking pages or at payment pages i didn't seen any information of about transit visa required to stay for 24 hours in uk airport.
While booking time also i received many calls about time and other things like payment info but they didn't mentioned about transit visa.
As it was my first flight booking i was not aware that in the layover gap they wont provide any food and accomodation which i confirmed it with yatra support during this time he informed me it is needed and required. Later i enquired with british airways support and vfs global & v-assist. Everyone said we need it to stay as it was a date change and its nearly 24 hours.

Request to cancel my flight ticket with out any cancellation charges. If its not my mistake why should i have to pay for it.in the website while booking we see only 1000 for cancellation charges. But in real they are taking about 6000 rs on the whole. Why the things are not mentioned along with it. You are misguiding customers with that one line of 1000 rs towards cancellation charges.

I was requesting to reschedule it to an other flight on the same price. But they were asking huge amount of money about 60, 000 one time and 22, 000 one time. The flight cost is 61412 on the day i booked. Along with it other different timing options are there. But i have not concentrated on all that.

When i asked for rescheduling it to different time which had the same price for that day. They are asking so much money which is ridiculous.

Have called to their customer support for 8 times each lasted about 30min-1hr. I said i want to talk to their manager's or head's. But no one connected. After some time they were disconnecting it. Few said we will call you later.
One of women misguided me about cancellation charges she said the discount given 4000 also adds in cancellation charges as they applied it.
None of their agents are on the same par of rules and fares studied. Each one handles differently.

Have literally irritated with their customer support and services.
