Yatra .com promises to hold the ticket at given price forr 3 days and then when we lick on pay on it shows increased fare. Let me clearly state the words on yatra website, blog and email:

This option allows the user to ‘hold’ the itinerary and make the payment at a later date. Though the payment must be done within the ‘hold’ period as defined by the airline. This feature allows the user time to finalize his travel plans without worrying about flights selling out or the price of his ticket increasing. So if they have promised this feature they should make the held prices available. And if there is change in fare it should be informd before hand so that we can expediate the booking .I find this publicity as fake feature not serving the purpose it must meet or what is promised. Any service provider must give whats promiesd and it is the right of the consumer to get this. I am very much dissapointed with yatra
