Double payment taken while transacting online

Hi

I booked domestic flight tickets to yatra online, and after submitting the payment, the page errored, then asked me to resubmit, on 2nd resubmit the payment got processed and ticket confirmed.

However, I am seeing 2 transactions taken out of my account, so the errored one also took the payment.

We travel frequently. I always book tickets for us. I booked air ticket by Yatra Mobile app by my iPhone6.
I selected the booking time of 8:00 AM of 24/11/2016 and after payment I was surprised to see the tickets, which is of 5:45 AM of 24/11/2016. That was a application bug.

I raised a complain immediately after getting my online ticket. Customer guy replied that you will get reply within 24 hrs. But I didn't received...
