Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Yatra says refund processed but money not received | |
I cancelled a SpiceJet flight I had booked with Yatra with reference number[protected]. On 15th April 2021, Yatra sent me an email saying the refund has been processed and I should receive the refund of Rs.9511 in my bank account in 2-7 days. It has been a week since then and I inquired with the bank, and they have processed no deposits from Yatra. I want to receive my money asap. Was this information helpful? | |
