[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount debited but flight ticket not booked

I am tryphena prakasam, booked air ticket from yatra.com on 6th jan 2017 form my indian overseas bank debit card. Ticket amount 4020/- debited from my account but ticket not booked. I used mail id [protected]@gmail.co and phone no [protected]. I did not received any mail, any reference no. Any messages. But my amount is debited. So please take it serious and do kind for me. Other wise i will complaint it in higher level.
