I have tried to book bus ticket 2 times, both time money is deducted from my amazon pay account but ticket is not booked. Even they don't send any mail or notification of failed traction. I got success message from amzon pay account. I want to refund my balance as soon as possible. Please find below transaction deatils of both times: 1.
