[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Not refunding despite natural disaster | |||||
I had booked hotels in Andamans in Dec from email id [protected]@gmail.com but due to natural disaster cyclone I was not able to board. The airlines gave me full refund but the hotel bookings was done thru yatra and I paid the full amount in advance. Now even after this emergency situation they are not refunding my amount and neither responding to my email. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The amount of Rs.812 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not issued. So I had rebooked the same ticket. I had called them and also had sent mail attached with bank statement of debited amount.
They didn't reply for my any request. This is so pathetic.
