I booked a railway ticket from varabasi to mumbai in yaata aop.payment was deducted from my account but i didn't get the ticket copy.i make a call in yatra customer care he sad that payment will refund in sometimes n taken utr number from me and afrerward he had blocked my number.i called him from many diffrent numbers bt he blocked all numbers.plzz revert me.i m going to police station.
