[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — refund not received/unprofessional behaviour

1. We have booked three ticket by go air for[protected] and the flight was cancelled by go air. Your reference no is[protected]. Under this reference no. Six tickets were booked and three were cancelled by airlines itself as the flight was canclled and two tickets of indigo we have cancelled. The cancellation refund no. Given by goair is 72927181. The indigo refund no. Is tye27v and pyj1wi. Sorry to say, being a senior citizen also, i am not getting any response from you. I have to make the payment of my card, kindly refund the amount immediately to my account

We would like to inform you that passenger needs to inform us once flight was cancel by you or airline, so that we can get to know about it as we do not receive any flight status manually from their end. We have checked we haven't received any information from your end also on this. That's why, your refund was not process from here. Now, as you have escalated the same to us, we are getting this checked and do the needful asap. We would request you to kindly wait. Request your patience in the interim.

Updated by sarojvijra I have lodged a complaint against yatra for not crediting the refund, in response to my complaint, somebody from yatra called me and asked for my card no. How can they ask for the card no. When i have booked the ticket through them using my card, they should refund the amount to my same card account. I don't know whom shall i approach to get the refund of my four airtickets

We would like to inform you that as we have checked your refund of INR 11315.01 has been processed from our end on 10th Aug'18. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
