With reference to above booking, we stay at treebo silicon business, banglore and pre-checkout from hotel on 8.7.17 i. E. One day earlier. We requested for the refund for the one day. We have forwarded the pre-checkout permission mail received via treebo. As the per earlier conversions with yatra.com said that treebo denied for refund. We have paid to yatra.com and wants the refund from yatra.com.

Updated by ajay prakash agrawal treebo permitted the pre check out. the matter is between yatra and treebo for my refund. it is responsibility of yatra that they will get the refund from treebo and paid to me.
