Hi team, This was my first experience with yatra and that too the worst experience due to the representative neeraj. I requested for a kerala package, and the representative who was assisting me in this was namrata patel, [protected] (Direct number mentioned in every mail) she was providing me the packages for kerala. I had researched a lot about kerala and found a few hotels/resorts and designed a package for me and sent it to namrata stating that these are my requirements, please design a package accordingly with a best quote. I didn't receive any reply to my query and today i called on the same provided number. I asked for namrata and a male representative picked up the call and said she is not available at the moment, she will call back in 10 minutes. This happened twice but i didn't receive any call. Then the third time i called the same person received the call and told i am neeraj i would be able to assist you with the package. I told him till now namrata had been doing it and she almost knows my requirements and now again i have to tell you all my requirements then he told i will check the mail and revert with the package. He reverted but didn't not include the requirements with i had asked for.. Later on he did. He provided dream catcher plantation in munnar and mentioned on call that i am providing you a 4 star property without even increasing the cost of the package. Then i searched in google and found the rating as 3 star instead of 4 star (This is not customer reviews on google) I marked him a mail with the screenshot and said that don't misguide the customers. It is a 3 star and not 4 star. Also he was providing just 1000 rs discount in the package. Why would i require a 1000rs favour?? Neeraj then called me and said that what else discount you want. Shall i give 10000 or 5000? He talked liked this Then he told the mail which you have written is not correct how can you say it is 3 star.. Go and check the hotel website and then he told that you are using iphone but you dont even know how to search on google.. Very very rough language he used. He told bina jaankaari k likha mat kro aise mail per.. Phle puri jaan kaari le k aao. I told him that i am not interested to talk and neither book any package from you and he told i am also not interested to offer you anything.. Is this the way you treat you customers?? This rough language you guys use?? These cheap representatives you guys have?? This was my first experience with yatra being a bitter, worst experience. I am not going to book anything with yatra..
