[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Yatra not processing refund amount | |
Flight had been cancelled due to covid having PNR ME8VFY. Upon requesting Indigo, they processed the amount of 4367/- to agency account (Yatra). Initially Yatra sent a mail stating that amount will be processed to original source of payment of bank a/cc on 27th June. Now they are refusing to do so and have processed as 'ewallet and promo' in their website. I have repeatedly asked them to refund the amount to bank a/c but they are not complying even after confirmation from their own side. How ridiculous!! Was this information helpful? | |

But i have proof from Indigo stating that they have given "monetary refund" of 4367/- to Yatra and hence I am eligible to get my refund in form of cash in my bank a/c.
Yatra is outright lying and playing misleading games.
