Yatra — Yatra not sharing CANCELLATION PROTECTION policy document

I had purchased CANCELLATION PROTECTION with my air-tickets (Booking Ref No.[protected] on 12 January but did not receive the POLICY DOCUMENT. I will need the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees, As I have already cancelled my tickets on 2nd Feb. Please send me the document immediately. I did not receive it when I booked my tickets nor is it available for download on your website.

There is no response form Yatra on sharing this document.
It looks like a scam with everyone. They ask to claim on Liberty general insurance website, but are not providing the required document.
