[Resolved] Yatra.com — Hotel booking not confirmed | |||||
Hotel lemon tree, chennai booked from 09.04.2017 to 10.04.2017 via yatra.com. card txn:MAST-POS/YATR. After the booking an amount of 1721/- had been debited to my account. An SMS to this effect was received on 08.04.2017 confirming the payment. Then it was found the booking has not been confirmed neither yatra.com has responded to the emails sent nor responded to the phone calls made. The money has not been recredited into my account. I have booked hotel for two days and booking failed and not confirmed. Payment debited from account and no reversal of payment has been done yet and not even single call from yatra. No relevant email of available to raise the concern.
