I had opted for tirupathi package from Bangalore and one of the person from Yatragenie had called me whose number [protected] telling that he will book the ticket for Rs 1900 for one person which included all the amenities as per his word. He gave the account number[protected] under the name of Girishmahadev to transfer the amount, I transferred Rs 3800 for 2 which is for me and my wife. He told me that bus is at 09:30pm from Marathhalli so i was picked up from there and was dropped in KR puram at 10:15pm in front of Yatragenie shop. I waited for 45min asking where is the bus and the fellow from Yatragenie told the bus is yet to come, At 11:00pm i asked again and i was informed that the bus left, I said niether i got a call from the driver asking where am i?? I called the person who booked my ticket and he said he will call and he called someone and i was told that the bus is just 1km away and i will be taken in another bus and will be dropped to bus which i had booked, , the 1km went upto 15-20kms and bus was stopped in a restaurant and the driver told me to get down and showed the bus and was told to board and went off, , I reached the bus with my wife along and asked the co driver and why didnt he call me he made a statement he was busy and cant keep a track of passengers, I called the person who had booked the ticket and he doesnt even pick the call, then i called the Yatragenie contact number[protected] and someone picked the call he said i can inform the manager named Shankar ([protected]) i sent a message thinking why to disturb however no reply so i called him neither he picked the call. I reached Tirupathi and someone is telling that we need to pay Rs300 for the entry as we have not paid for darshan.. I dont understand why this Rs1900 was for???. Forget it, , its matter of money so i paid.. This was the pathetic journey which i ever had in my life till now, , I do travelling every now and then but i have decided i will never choose yatragenie but better i will travel by my own vehicle. Its not about money its about the worst service which ur support staffs have. They dont even have a track of passengers who have booked and the person who booked the ticket didnt even send a message of the driver. This is the worst service i have ever had. If things were in my hands i would ban this yatragenie for this cheap behaviour towards the passengers. I was totally disturbed because of this incident because i have never experienced such a bad behaviour. One thing i realised KSRTC buses are much much better...
