YatraGenie — Money not credited back to my account | |||
I booked 4 tickets on 15th Dec through your app. Total amount was 1416.00 rs. But during transaction i got 500 ERROR and it was aborted. Money was debited from my account. I haven't received money till now. Please look into the issue or escalate to higher authority. I raised an issue with customer care but that was of no use. today sangareddy office closed . tomrrow hyderabad office nobody is there to save yatragenie so sad but even now there is a chance if look in the matter . your well wisher. one of your driver from hyd.
