I booked a bus ticket through your site on kaveri travels on 2nd may 2017. From kavali to hyderabad for travel on 3rd may. I booked ticket through internet banking. Money transferred from my a/c but ticket was not generated. I phoned to the customar care immediately.. They said your money will be transferred within 24 hrs. But it is not done yet today. I phoned no. Of times but in vain. Atleast they are not lifting the phone. Please do justice' Was this information helpful? | |||||
