We would like to inform you that we have taken the matter with the concerned department to get your issue resolved and However, your membership will be INACTIVE until we get the solution of this complaint. You have registered an online complaint before Apr 25, 2019, 8:41 AM which turned your case TEMPORARILY INACTIVE until we get this case resolved from the legal team.

Further to this, Since you had already initiated legal proceedings, we thank you for taking out time to tell us about your next step. Our legal team would deal with this case & will take its course of action. You may take a step ahead and now the court will decide upon it. We are having enough communication to produce as documents in the legal proceedings at the court. if required.
Please note that legal proceeding will turn your membership INACTIVE and customer can't claim for the services until court's decision. Consumer court takes about 1 to 2 years (or even more at times) to settle the case. The consumer is expected to attend the court hearings at least 4 to 5 times in a year.
