This is a fraud company. Once you make the payment nobody will answer your call. The sales agent who fooled you cleverly by selling you the package will disappear and will be totally out of picture putting the entire blame on booking people. I purchased 2 packages of 5n /6d in the mo th of oct 2015. I paid 24000/- thru dcb bank. I was promised accommodation in 3/4 star hotels across the country. I tried booking for the month of dec they said it's blackout period whichwas never informed. I filled the booking form on 28th aapril 2016 which was recd and acknowledged on 3rd may. I kept calling for hours, no reply, i kept mailing, recd weird and meaningless mails. My travel date was 8th june 2016 to goa. Recd a mail after 45 days stating form has been rejected due to unavailability. Again i filled a form and sent it thru courier. Kept calling and mailing for confirmation, recd a confirmation mail couple of days back. The tariff of the rooms provided to us is between rs1000/- and rs 1500/- all cheap and dingy hotels where nobody wud stay even for free. Also they have said that this is what is available if you don't take what we are offering you you will even loose this and we won't be responsible. Hence i want to inform people that this is 100% fraud company and cheaters. Don't fall prey to the fraudulent and mails and tall promises. You will end up crying. Was this information helpful? | |
