Hello yepme

I dont know what going on back ground, i am trying to call for last 3-4 days with no response!!!

I paid online, my account debited but neither my order was confirmed nor any information is there, i dont know where to look up to.

I tried calling customer care ever since this has happened, i am not getting connected, they are disconnecting the call.
I raise a complaint but this also has no action nor any follow up.

Please let me know what is happening, please initiate my refund, if order is not successful.

That's what I am mentioning, I have not got any confirmation regarding product with order id.
But account is debited. Please find the screenshot where it's says YEPME COM GURGAON IND
I have highlighted it also.

I just got message from bank stating below
Rs 857.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank Credit Card ending XXXX on[protected]:18:02:50 at PAYUIND

There is no action on this at all... neither did i get any communication on mail send to refund team

Whats going on, can you please let us know...Or the assurance above was nice way of skipping things away with money in you YEPME/PAYUMONEY Wallet .

Please let me know...If there is any action on this. Please make your customer service toll no, refund mail id and contact details, We are tried calling you with no response at all.
