Yes bank team, I am writing to you for a payment of 5000 rupees through neft transfer on 25 july 2016 to my father santosh pradhan a/c. But payment didn't receive to my father’s a/c. After few days when i enquired about it and found that amount has been debited from my account and yes bank don’t have the information about the transaction logs. From that date i called so many times to customer care and visited the branch but i am not getting any proper answer from them and not knowing that what action is taken from your side. This is very sad to me that you are not taking any action and not giving me any assurance of my money. And if i will not get any proper reply from your side i will take a legal action because i don't have any other way.
