I have taken od facility in yesbank 4years back. I have given my father's property for security. Now my father wants to give the property to me via settlement deed. I have approached venkatbabu and karthikeyan in yesbank parrys branch chennai tamilnadu 6 months back and they always give silly and had never taken steps to give an noc. And i came to know from another employee inside the same branch that they dont take my work seriously and always waste the time.
It's been 6 months now and i request you to take immediate action to resolve my issue

    Sir, i hv taken car loan from yes bank with loan a/c number aln[protected], installment of car loan was not debiting from last three months including this month (May 2020). The date of debit is 02nd of every month. But from last three months the amount is not debiting even i hv sent mails to the bank loan department i'd but i nvr got any reply for my mails. But from last two weeks i'm getting calls from bank that the amount will go into moritorium. I hv informed bank that i haven't applied for any moritorium how cn they change my installment. Even after many repeated messages the bank not even replied to my single message.
    It is therefore kindly request you to intervene. It's a clear mistake from bank side and how cn now i clear three months installment at a time

        I had purchased Mobile Phone in Amazon using Yesbank credit card EMI but fault phone received the same recovered by Amazon and amount redirected to Yesbank account.
        But Yesbank everymonth EMI charges collected by me, upto 8 month. Complaint lodged Yesbank but no proper response from Yesbank.

          Reference: saving bank account no. [protected] wrong transaction issue.

          Myself somi p. Bajpai having saving bank account no. [protected] in your bank maninagar, ahmedabad branch since 2016.
          This is to inform you that 4 person (1 lady and 3 mens) came to my home on 29th november 2019 afternoon for recovery, although we had communicated and messaged to mr. Bhushan shah that in such case please send proper letter and explanation why it’s happened because this wrong entry was done on year 2016 which i was not aware at all.
          Please note that we had received 2 letter (Both are same date 28th november 2019). 1st letter received on 30th november 2019 (Copy attached) which dont have letterhead and no authored signature also no proper explanation or date when the transaction happened, same was informed to mr. Bhushan shah that if you will not send proper letter than how i will come to know the fact. 2nd letter was handover to my neighbour on 20th december 2019 because i was out of city till 2nd jan 2020 letter which i received on letterhead and signature (But without authorized person name on it) even subject and content was not changed same as 1st letter also date was 28th november 2019.

          Currently they have blocked my account without any commutation / information and also stopped my icici pur. Sip and started charging unable fund against my icici pur sip 07112019 cams which not supposed to be.

          This is just harassment from yes bank maninagar branch manager ahmadabad.

          I have mailed on 23rd march 2020 to principal nodal officer and grievance
          Redressal officer yes bank but till date their is no help i got.

          Request you to please support and help to resolve the same

            Yes bank people told me initially that, till 8000 rs. I can withdrawal cash and no hidden/interest charges. If i withdraw cash above 8k rs. They will put up interest charges.
            But every time i withdraw amount like 1000, 2000 rs. That to very small amount in emergency. And within 8000 rs. Each time they have applied 300 rs charges each time for me..

            Like wise 3000 rs they are collecting from me monthly unnecessarily. I am shocked. I want complaint on this bank regarding the same, they are seriously cheating me.

            Initially they had not explained me different and now they are digging money like anything.

              From last 2 months trying to contact costomer care

              They have closed all complaint forum not even email is working

                I paid rs 4334 on paytm via bhim yes bank virtual credit card. Later, the money was refunded by paytm on the same day of 7th may 2020 to my yes bank wallet.                   Inr 7, 668.82 has been spent on your yes bank credit card ending with 5474 at ea *origin.com on[protected] at 02:06:19 pm. Avl bal inr 0000018. This transaction has been completed without 2 factor authentication, as per your standing instructions.

                  Even i didn’t receive any otp also, how is it possible. Kindly help me out this.. Anand

                    Hi i'm waiting for the small query to be solved from the past 2 n half months.. I'm quite surprised that the staff is soooo careless, rude and indisciplined that they doesn't feel like doing anything to make it happen or they're neglecting to work on it... I really am disappointed and lost my faith with the people of yes bank (Green park, delhi) that's y i'm writing a complaint... I have to and ill do it until and unless they don't do their work... They have put my account on memo and told me to change my address and i did it but still they are not answering even after visiting the bank several times either they give me false details or they dissapoint me...in this point i'm really suffering as i can not do any transaction from anywhere... It's their job to solve it and if not i'll go to the higher authority if needed...

                      Hello,

                      This is ramachandran, one of the cheated customer from yes bank.

                      Am maintaining yes bank account from 2017, and i don't like to use any credit card from any of the bank. But yes bank executives keep on calling and disturbing to get a free reward plus credit card. To avoid their daily disturbances. Am started applying for credit card. I was not using more than 20000 rupees at any time. Currently am unemployed for this month that is march. Without any intimation and my knowledge they would have debited nearly 2000 rupees from my credit card limit and asking me to pay for 5000 rupees very early. And calling me frequently and making me to die. This makes me very frustrated. And my house loan will also been debited from my yes bank account only. For the last two weeks i was unable to withdraw or deposit money to my yes bank account. I roamed to kk nagar branch, tnagar branch, nungambakkam branch, mugapair branch there is no reponse and no guidance from yes bank executives to customer. For debiting customers money they are leading india's no : 1 banking. Unless i get the amount reversed i wont pay any of my due. It all depends on yes bank future actions.

                          I am a retail investor holding 4000 equity in yes bank. I am holding the shares for the past one and a half years. After averaging my current price is rs 110/-.

                          I am willing to invest in fresh equity offered to other institutional investors @ rs 10/-.

                          I and other retail investors have kept faith in yes bank for a long time and still today we know that the present situation in yes bank is temporary and will pass.in the next few years the bank will grow and improve, recover bad loans, raise more capital etc. It needed time and faith of investors.

                          We are willing to invest further in yes bank, if given the opportunity. Punters like jhunjhunwala and damani were given the opportunity to invest in the bank @ rs10/-, then the same opportunity should be given to retail investors.

                          As it is the rbi and yes bank management is looking for investors, both domestic and foreign. Then what is the harm to offer the shares to retail investors for rs 10/-. As it is the retail investors are being forced to lock in their shares for 3 years. Then by not giving us an opportunity to buy equity @ rs 10/- is discriminatory and against the principles of fairness and equality guaranteed in the constitution of india.

                          The law is equal to all citizens of india.

                          The important question to be asked is – why should the institutions get to profit by purchasing @ rs 10/- and why should retail investors not given the same opportunity?

                          Kindly put your hand on your heart and answer this question and let your conscience guide you to do the right thing.

                            I have done a transaction of sending money to mobile number which is not credited to receipants account.

                            Receiver has received messages quoting the passcode is required and a link to put a passcode is in message.

                            While clicking on passcode link gets redirected to 404 page.

                            I have received the passcode messages but how can the receipant validate it if the link is not opening and redirected to 404.

                            My money got debited from account. How will i get my money back.

                                Imps failed transaction wait times should be t+1 day but bank is saying 3 days? Who will pay late fine for my emi's.

                                Executive is saying that her team lead and team mates says that 3 days is the maximum time, can we escalate this at all? Or it's really 3 days and goverment has somehow increased the time frame?

                                Employees are not opening bank doors and not allowing customers to withdraw 50 k as per RBI limit

                                  4 unauthorized transactions happened from my yes bank credit card on 20th jan 2020. A total of rs. 5, 250 was transacted through my card which i had not made. I blocked my card at the earliest and informed the customer care regarding the same. On talking about the issue, they told me i had made transactions of rs. 1 and rs. 3 from your credit card. I asked them to re-confirm this as i didn’t make any such transactions to which they apologised and said it was someone else’s account. How can they share such information? On complaining further, the customer care told me to submit dispute form on email. The bank is insistent that these transactions are done by me when i am trying to explain to them that i haven’t done this constantly. I asked them to share the data how they figured that the transaction is done by me. Bank did not share any data and again asked me to share progressive dispute form with police compliant. I have shared my police complaint document with dispute form but still bank is saying the transactions are done by me in bangalore on a gaming website while i live in mumbai. I have spoken to multiple customer care multiple time also spoke to richard (Customer service head) and cooking up stories like my husband would have secretly made these transactions through my card. There has been zero support and my issue is not being resolved. Now the bank is asking me to clear the payment and i am helpless at this point. Yes bank has very pathetic service and back end team.

                                    Later on, 2nd letter was handover to my neighbor on 20th december’2019 because i was out of city till 2nd january 2020. This time your letter was on letterhead and signed by someone who seems not an authorized signatory of yes bank as the name of authorized person with designation was not typed on this letter. Even subject and content was same as earlier letter dated 28th november’2019.

                                    After sending letter to branch manager by post (Ivr:[protected] on 24th january 2020 but they had not respond on my letter and they had send mr. Jitendra mehta and one another man on 18th february 2020 morning for recovery from yes bank recovery department, its really mental harassment.

                                    It seems that the mistake done at your bank level in 2016 and now after passing more than three years, suddenly you people wake up and start recovery. I want to know, why the bonafide customer should suffer for the act which was done by your employees in 2016.in a straight way, it is harassment.

                                    It is nothing by lack of professionalism. After this matter, i constrained to close this account and not recommend to anyone to have a bank account in yes bank.

                                      Hi sir/madam,

                                      I want to foreclose my personal loan & for same raised request on 17-jan-20.
                                      Bank is sending letter after validity date & then charging penalty for each day.
                                      Also bank is dragging to issue letter if new request is raise so that they get extra money in form interest & penalty charges. Yesbank takes 15 days to issue letter & 15 days to settle noc letter.

                                      They issue letter when my next emi is due so that they can earn money from foreclosure & also emi.

                                      The emi deducted from my account will be paid after 15 days without paying interest.

                                      So yesbank is taking undue advantage to harass customer and earn extra money. Because of delay in issuing foreclosure letter i have to pay monthly emi & again request for foreclosure.

                                      So in this case i have loss of extra emi & extra charges.
