Please note that i have discussed all the below issues to you at lengths, one week before.
Since you are our rm, that is reason, i am sending this email again directly to you with cc to madam supriya & mr. Sohit.
Also as asked, i have attached the kyc of my daughter kriti gupta – ongoing mf (With as on date status as money is being deducted from her yes bank saving account).
Can you please update about the resolution / closure of this below mentioned points or otherwise advice the time line for closure of these actions.
1. Add the nominee against my daughter yes bank saving and dmat account. Nominee details as – sanjay kumar, age 47, father, dob-06.10.1971.
My daughter have given the same request earlier by filing nominee form (~6 months back), but till date not updated /appearing as checked through net banking.
2. Please map the wealth management feature with my daughter saving account as through net banking we are not able to open this wealth management.
Required so that we can easily do the sell/purchase of mutual funds through this wealth management feature.
3. Just noticed that dp levied charges has been deducted from my daughter yes bank saving account on 18th june 2018 (Amount 500 + gst 90, so total 590). Whereas it was told to me that being yes first nre customer, no charges will be deducted for my family members account.
Also send the nominee declaration form against dmat account to me through email (As my wife & my daughter went to yes bank last week, r nager sahibabad branch, to get this hard copy / form but could not got it).
Once this email points closed, then only i will ask about the points related to my wife account.
Looking forward for speedy response (As small points, but could not addressed/ resolved due to xyz reasons from last so many months).
