    On a recent transaction in vijetha supermarket narasaraopet, an amount of rs330 was deducted from my paytm savings account. Invoice no. 000307, batch no. 000020, card type: rupay, date: 11/02/2019. Time: 19:53:54, mid: [protected]. Please help in the refund as soon as possible. The money got deducted from my account but the transaction failed. Please refund my money.

      Hi Yes Team,

      I am writing email as an escalation.

      I have started using this Yes Prosperity Rewards Plus card since Sep 2017. I had been provided with 40, 000/- Credit limit and same has been stayed on my account for almost 2 years now. Credit limit is not increased whatso ever.

      This is very disappointing and we as customer as facing the credit limit increase only with Yes bank.

      I hold other bank credit card who are able to increase my credit limit with out fail within every 6 months. If you need any proof I would love to share it with you.

      I would be awaiting for a genuine response for this email. I also applied for credit increase but it was declined which I am not sure of a reason as a customer.

        I am withdraw inr 2000.00 from your atm id wspo1067 located at shop no 8, mahalaxmi apartment, near bharat natya mandir, shastri nagar, dombivli (W).

        I received 4 note of 500 inr. Out of it 1 note is teared at corner.

        I find security's hard to show this but no person is there.

        I try to contact on your toll free number but i can't as i am not your customer.

But i received a massage on my Mobile no about a debit amount rs 1760/- it is a cheat & fraud by yes Bank . I will have to knock Ministry of Finance or to the Consumer forum against you.

            I submitted my pf request form online for withdrawal of 75percent of corpus as i am still unemployed on 7th january. Already 21 days have passed but still my claim is under process. If government has epfo has reduced tat to 10 days from 20 then why delay in processing this. Please help uan number is[protected].

            I would like to have my Credit Card statement as I have paid all my dues of Credit card and still the Bank has sent me a legal notice asking me for my dues of INR. 24, 000/-
            Please note, I swipped my HDFC atm twice to withdraw 500 rupees each time. Each time the transaction failed but 1000 rupees was deducted from my account. I haven't received the reimbursement amount yet. I want my money back..

              I have not received the cerdit card till now and called so many times customer care but till now my problem has been not solved yet and card has been not received and I have provided valid documents also and the blue dart delivery boy was not even called me and route consignee address not located and next time delivery boy was came just he had given a call and discontented and after that i have called him so he said we won't delivery the card to your location. Why he can't delivered to address I will stay at beermaguda and blue dart branch is in madinaguda it will take 20minutes of time to deliver the card and more I have recived the citi bank debit card and SBI card. So why yes bank card wont delivere.so please look in to forward issue and resolve ASAP

                Harassment from YES Bank credit card collections department agent phone number[protected].

                The Collections Manager is such an Ir-respectable person in the world. He doesn't even have common communication how to speak with ladies.

                I have made the payments for July, August, September, October and December. I have missed the payment in November and also pending in Jan.

                I Requested for settlement for my Credit card due amount but that manager is not accepting the request and he is forcing me to make a payment of 5500/- via cash and abusing words. In a day they call me more then 20 times and each call different persons. It is very hard to attend all the calls and also they are very rude over the phone. Need to explain every time same topic however they don't understand the answer.

                It feel like local dhandah person, not a banker.

                Requesting you to help me with the settlement amount and closer of my card. Please take the action against the agent and the manager.

                  There are some customers using their Yes Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

                  I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
                  Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

                  How can you help me in this regard.

                      Password expired and debit card was also blocked by yes bank as it was not used for long time. Yes bank delayed the issue ofnew debit card by 17 days because of which i could not do net banking because of which i incurred monitary loss of apx 20, 000 rs. Also i had to go out of station and could not pay hotel bills, taxifare etc.
                      To my complaint in this regard, bank replies repeatedly that some officer spoke to me on phone and that i am satisfied with his answer and that they are closing the complaint. The bank makes such false and fraud information cheating the customer.
                      Rbi should take strict action against such irresponsible and useless banks.

                      For most of the complants, they write that case is resolved and complaint is closed even thogh the issue remains unresolved .They give false statistics to RBI that they attending consumer complaints.

                        I deposited rs.13800 via atm machine on 12 jan 2019. But all i got is a receipt which says your transaction was failed. My account haven't got debited but also im was not able to get my money back. After releasing receipt machine went out of service.

                        Im providing that machine number:00nrbna176 with this application.

                        Please take necessary actions to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                          I supreet singh from sasnagar mohali punjab. My complaint is regarding not attending by bank staff after 4:30 pm. I agree after 4:30pm cash transactions are not entertained but my queiry was about generate the card pin. I was applied yes bank credit card that was recieve by me on 7th jan 2019 today i visited the branch for pin generation. But they refused to attend me after 4:30 pm gate keeper said you are not allowed to enter the bank. I said please ask from bank staff he went and ask the same. They also refused nd told me to go from outside only. This is the story of yes bank 3b2 branch. Can you please tell me is it right?

                            I'm a costumer of yes bank
                            Me and my mother have opened a joint family savings account.
                            In which if a member maintains a minimum f. D the other member don't have to maintain sufficient balance.
                            Even completing all the formalities they haven't categorized my account as joint account.
                            Even after sevral complaint no action was taken by bank.
                            Either close my account or make my account as joint account (Removing all the charges) (Balance in negative)
                            I won't be able to visit yes bank, it is far away from my home

                                मुझे yes bank कस्टुमर एग्जिक्यूटिव ने क्रेडिट कार्ड पर ऑफर के तहत बताया कि आपको बिना कोई प्रोसेसिंग फीस के 9.90 फीसदी के ब्याज पर ईएमआई का ऑफर है..जिसके लालच में मैं फंस गया.. जब मैंने 20 दिसंबर को 75 हजार रुपये की शॉपिंग कर ली..और इस पूरी राशि को ईएमआई में कन्वर्ट करने को कहा तो भी आपके यहां से युसुफ नाम के कस्टूमर एग्जिक्यूटिव ने बिना किसी प्रोसेसिंग फीस के 9.90 फीसदी के ब्याज पर 12 महीने की ईएमआई में कन्वर्ट कर दिया...लेकिन जब ये राशी 12 महीने की ईएमआई में कन्वर्ट हुई तो 11 फीसदी का ब्याज लगा हुआ था..जो सरासर धोखा है..अब इसे कैंसिल करने के लिए मैं कम से कम 10 बार कॉल कर चुका हूं..लेकिन अभी तक ईएमआई कैंसिल नहीं हुई..हर बार कॉल करने पर कस्टुमर एग्जिक्यूटिव नई शिकायत दर्ज कर लेते हैं..

                                आपकी तरफ से मेरे साथ ये बहुत बड़ा धोखा है...मुझे 9.90 फीसदी का ब्याज बताकर 11 फीसदी का ब्याज लिया गया..जो सरासर गलत है...अब आपसे निवेदन ये है कि ईएमआई को बिना किसी फीस के रद्द किया जाए..साथ ही मुझे धोखा देने पर मुआवजा भी दिया जाए...क्योंकि इतनी बड़ी राशि मैं कहां से दूंगा..जो झूठे ऑफर के चक्कर में मैंने खर्च कर दी..नहीं तो मैं आपके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए बाध्य हूं..

                                  Yes bank charged me rs.5000 for late payment to my credit card but i have yesbank account and i had fund in my hdfc, icici, axis etc...

                                  On my yesbank credit card due date i tried transferring money to yes bank account but it got failed saying account name or ifsc code is wrong...

                                  I checked 10 to 15 times there is nothing wrong in name and ifsc... I called madipakkam branch and they gave universal ifsc code... Again i treid but does'nt work...

                                  Then after 2 days i gone to bank and paid directly... Mean while i paid minimum balance...

                                  Even though i paid and cleared the balance yes bank has charged me unwantedly for no reason...

                                  I want yesbank to revert the charges
                                  Else clear net banking problem...
                                  I done everything correct... I want yes bank to revert this time...
                                  Unwantedly i dont want to pay charges when its not my fault...

                                    Please note that i have discussed all the below issues to you at lengths, one week before.
                                    Since you are our rm, that is reason, i am sending this email again directly to you with cc to madam supriya & mr. Sohit.
                                    Also as asked, i have attached the kyc of my daughter kriti gupta – ongoing mf (With as on date status as money is being deducted from her yes bank saving account).

                                    Can you please update about the resolution / closure of this below mentioned points or otherwise advice the time line for closure of these actions.

                                    1. Add the nominee against my daughter yes bank saving and dmat account. Nominee details as – sanjay kumar, age 47, father, dob-06.10.1971.
                                    My daughter have given the same request earlier by filing nominee form (~6 months back), but till date not updated /appearing as checked through net banking.

                                    2. Please map the wealth management feature with my daughter saving account as through net banking we are not able to open this wealth management.
                                    Required so that we can easily do the sell/purchase of mutual funds through this wealth management feature.

                                    3. Just noticed that dp levied charges has been deducted from my daughter yes bank saving account on 18th june 2018 (Amount 500 + gst 90, so total 590). Whereas it was told to me that being yes first nre customer, no charges will be deducted for my family members account.

                                    Also send the nominee declaration form against dmat account to me through email (As my wife & my daughter went to yes bank last week, r nager sahibabad branch, to get this hard copy / form but could not got it).

                                    Once this email points closed, then only i will ask about the points related to my wife account.
                                    Looking forward for speedy response (As small points, but could not addressed/ resolved due to xyz reasons from last so many months).
