Harassment from YES Bank credit card collections department agent phone number[protected].

The Collections Manager is such an Ir-respectable person in the world. He doesn't even have common communication how to speak with ladies.

I have made the payments for July, August, September, October and December. I have missed the payment in November and also pending in Jan.

I Requested for settlement...

There are some customers using their Yes Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

How can you help me in...

I had send 4000 rs to rakesh sahu [protected] (Sbi) from my no [protected] (Yes bank) through phonepe.
The transaction details are as follows
1. Showing in receiver phonepe transaction utr no is[protected] against phonepe transaction no p1901071331059650075169 of amount 2000 received from mo no [protected] not reflect in account.
Transaction done on 07 jan 2019 01:31 pm.

Password expired and debit card was also blocked by yes bank as it was not used for long time. Yes bank delayed the issue ofnew debit card by 17 days because of which i could not do net banking because of which i incurred monitary loss of apx 20, 000 rs. Also i had to go out of station and could not pay hotel bills, taxifare etc.
To my complaint in this regard, bank replies repeatedly that some officer spoke to me on phone and that...

I deposited rs.13800 via atm machine on 12 jan 2019. But all i got is a receipt which says your transaction was failed. My account haven't got debited but also im was not able to get my money back. After releasing receipt machine went out of service.

Me and my mother have opened a joint family savings account.
In which if a member maintains a minimum f. D the other member don't have to maintain sufficient balance.
Even completing all the formalities they haven't categorized my account as joint account.

Yes bank charged me rs.5000 for late payment to my credit card but i have yesbank account and i had fund in my hdfc, icici, axis etc...

On my yesbank credit card due date i tried transferring money to yes bank account but it got failed saying account name or ifsc code is wrong...

I checked 10 to 15 times there is nothing wrong in name and ifsc... I called madipakkam branch and they gave universal ifsc code......

I have made a payment for amazon of rs. 424/- through amazon account using my debit card.
After fetching all the details, i got a message that, sorry transaction is unsuccessful in the amazon account.in the same time i got a message from yes bank that, rs.424 has been debited from your account.

I made a payment of rs.11, 790/- from my yes bank debit card to amazon for an order on 18 nov.2018. The order was later cancelled by amazon and refund issued on 27nov.2018. Amazon intimated me six digit refund reference number by email on dated 30nov.2018. Yes bank is not crediting this refund payment from amazon to my account. I have lost my hard earned money....

Yes bank executive run a campaign in my office and offer us a free lifetime credit card, actually i am not ready to get this card. They canvased me and gave me a false commitment that this card has buy 1 get one movie offer through bookmy show. He showed me a pamphlet which has this benefit printed. I like this, so only for this benefit, i applied for a card.

Once the card reached me i was shocked!! There is no such offer...

Please dont go for yes bank credit card its a fraud banking system, most of the banks waive off if there is any finance changes for small mistakes, these fraud bank has charged me about rs 4000 of finance charges for not paying rs 500, if i ask for waive off they say your request is been declined, its so bad these guys wont understand the pain of a customer..
