My name is krishan kumar kalra resident of 6 watch court, reisterstown, md, usa, 21136. I'm here since last 18 years. My home town is chandigarh
Unfortunately i opened an nri account in yes bank in sector 8 branch chandigarh 3-4 years back with customer id 588418 in my name (Krishan kumar kalra) and my wife's name mrs urmil kalra. For every check i deposit, yes bank ask me source of funds for that check. If information is not supplied yes bank delay deposit of check. Yes bank is not enquiry office. No other bank ask this information. I have also nri account in other banks. Other banks don't ask any information.
Recently i deposit a check amounting to rs. 80, 000 (Approx.). Yes bank ask me source of funds. They sent me an e-mail to enquire source of funds. That e-mail went to my spam folder and could not sent response. Yes bank returned my check to my address in india with comments "refer to sender". On enquiry by my relative, i was told that i did not respond to yes bank e-mail. On request by my relative, branch clerk sent me another e-mail. That also went to my spam folder. Since i knew about e-mail, i looked my spam folder and found e-mail from yes bank. Then i realized that earlier e-mail might have gone to my spam folder. I sent them response telling source of fund. Now yes bank came up new idea that my account is blocked due to re kyc information. I want to ask one question "how yes bank employees come up with new stupid ideas to harass customer". Banks has become source of corruption. Banks harass sincere customers and yes bank is bigger fraud bank whose work is to make extra money by harassing customer specially nri who can not harm them. Recently there have been lot of news about bank frauds.
My status has not changed since i opened. What new information is required? I'm really fed up with yes bank.
Please look in to complete case and save me from their fraud and instruct them to address my grievance.

Yes Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Pls suggest me that how to getting my personal loan statement, Bcz i need for another loan.But i don't know that how to getting statement without netbanking.Because my saving account not in this bank.i am also try to toll free no[protected] but no solution.
