Respected sir,
I have my salary account in yes bank from last 1.5 years. I was extremely happy with yes bank. But my experience is worst then ever from last few days. On 28th march at near by 8 pm in the evening i went to yes bank atm, which is in pul pehladpur surajkund (110044).
So i inserted my card into machine, i entered my atm pin, but machine got hanged. I tried twice, this time i directly got the option of entering amount, i entered 500, then i found a prompt stating that your transaction is successful, without entering the pin and i don't received my money. I was on the way of my home suddenly i got a text that rs 2500 has been deducted from my account.
Which made me shocked and devastated. The reason was it was the only amount through which i have to survive till 1 month. So sir i called to your customer care at the same time, they guys were not even aware that it was technical issue or what. First two days they fooled me that madam its a technical issue and you will get your refund. But i did not. Third day i again called and they told me that mam your amount has been debited, i told them the whole story thrice then they generated the request of cctv footage.
So sir what i felt is firstly they were not aware what it was, it was a fraud transaction or a technical issue in your atm.
Second thing they were not at all concerned about my issue. And the worst thing was when i was calling in your customer care, the same girl received my call, she replied me, madam abhi to baat hui thi apse, bataya to tha ki itna time lagega, so this was the pathetic response.
It has been 11 days i have no idea where my hard earned money is. Will i get my money back or not.
I[censored] can not help me in this then please tell me, then i will take legal action. I expect you will help because your services has made me sad and helpless.
Awaiting for quickest response and kindly take on very priority otherwise i have decided what i have to do next level

Yes Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Pls suggest me that how to getting my personal loan statement, Bcz i need for another loan.But i don't know that how to getting statement without netbanking.Because my saving account not in this bank.i am also try to toll free no[protected] but no solution.
