Dear team,
I have a personal loan account with this bank my personal loan account number is spl[protected] in the name of anil singh rana. I wanted my personal loan statement but the bank (Yes bank ltd rishīkesh uttarakhand 249201) is not giving me and they are telling me they have no power to give a statement, so that i have a called in customer care and they telling me the charge of statement is ₹ 885 but other bank does not take charge of this...
I felt very bad to hear yes bank charges, while others bank do not take...

So i hereby request to please give me my bank statement my email id which is given below

    I had requested online for opening account in yes bank and submitted all the required documents to bank executive (Manikant kumar) along with check of 10500 on (7th april). I was informed that it will be opened within 7 days. I followed up after 7 days i didn't get any response & eventually i told them that i don't need account anymore and conveyed the same to yes bank multiple times.

    After one month, on 13th may i receive message stating your account has been activated and welcome kit will be delivered within 8 days. Further, after two days i receive email and message of account getting debited.

    I have been receiving call multiple times from yes bank and i have been conveying the same thing again and again, i really don't trust this bank anymore and i want to lodge complain against yes bank regarding this issue.

      Dear sir,
      I have an current account in your nehru place branch a/c. [protected]. I had gone today to deposit cash in your cash deposit machine when i entered into the counter someone else too was depositing cash i stood against cheque deposit counter. After sometime gaurd who was not their to be seen any where before this came and rudely told me to get out of the atm. As i was counting the cash i was carrying and it was difficult for me stop counting and carry the cash outside as it is dark outside so i said there are two machines inside the counter so i can use the other machine to get my mini statement but this gaurd was to inhumane to consider anything meanwhile a bank staff which was still inside mr. Kabir mathur come out and continued with the gaurd and told me that he will get my account closed on monday and i will get a letter of account closure on monday. I did not expect such behaviour from the gaurd and bank staff so this made me rude too i had not done anything wrong to get such treatment there was nowhere written that two people cannot be inside atm which has two atms there is cctv evidence to prove that one counter was free and i was counting cash. Such staff and gaurd could be involved in snatching of cash from customers as they know that shop keepers come to deposit cash in cash deposit machines at night and if any snatching happens from me or some other customer they should be held responsible for such snatching as they might be doing such things on purpose as i have been depositing cash in this atm for so long and i have not seen if one person is deposting cash other people are asked to get out of the branch could be verified with cctv recordings and if not so there should not be two machines because one person cannot use two machines at same time. All this looks mischivous to me such staff should be investigated.
      It would be better to write only one person allowed inside than to be blunt with some person. We indians don't even ask the beggers to get out and only politely ask them to leave otherwise if such rude people had increased there would be no humanity left i would have been harsh and rude to your staff who had come to open my account and had opened account on several requests of your staff as i already had two accounts at that time. I hold five accounts in this branch and you can verify i hardly use any other four accounts (One transaction in six months) from transactions and i don't even need them but opened these accounts just on requests from your staff because i had not behaved with them as your staff did with me. If your account holders too had attitude like your staff you would have no account beacuse your sales staff would not be allowed inside.

        I was approached by the yes bank personnels for opening a account, even though i didnt wanted a account an offer was told which i zero balance account for a year and asked to open an account with bank.

        I opened the account on 23/11/2017 and slowly started doing few transactions in the account. And kept some cash balance in the account too. But on 28/3/2018 the bank charged me rs 590.00 (Rs 500 for amb charges and rs 90 gst) as amb charges for month of jan. I had approached the personal banker as this was not the promised conditions when i opened the account, i was fooled around for more than a month saying they are investigating on this matter and was asked to withdraw any amount in the account by the personal banker.

        On 1/05/2018 again the same amount was withdrawn or debited from my account as amb charges and as there was no balance the account had gone to rs. -590.00. On further enquiry i was asked to go to the bank and sign amb charges reversal form, on it there was a clause to keep minimum balance in account. As i was not interested in continuing with a bank which faked offers for just account opening and charging customers, i asked to reverse the amount debited twice from my account and once the reversal is done i will close this account.

        After which and amount of rs 500 was reversed which i just 1 reversal and the bank balance from rs -590.00 became rs -90. The bank site shows my account balance as rs 500 but when i try to withdraw and close it shows rs -89.90, thus i can't withdraw anything as the full reversal is not done.

        I am still in contact with the personal banker to solve this issue and still getting vague responses in this matter, its been 2 months now and i had so much trouble with this account as i had to change my other auto debits of this account to other bank because i had lost trust with this bank.

        Please assist as i couldn't find any option to contact any higher officials of the bank and get my money back.

        Yes bank sales people are polite and deal nicely but once they have your account they are most rude staff in banking sector from what i have expirenced do not open account in this bank.

            Unnecessary charges in saving account without any information. 500+ 90 rs gst. And 117 of ecs bfl even i had changed my ecs detail. I got msg of minimum balance on 26.4.18 of maintain balance 2048 i will trf 3000 any delay from my hdfc bank. But today 30 april charges cut from my saving acc.590+117. Request you please credit otherwise i complained

              Hi,

              I have applied for yes bank credit card after couple of weeks every verification has done but bank people says your application has rejected due to the residence verification issue. One guy came to my place and verified every thing. But i don't why these people are saying even my salary account is in yes bank.
              Already owing 3 credit cards from other bank they don't have any issues but these bank why they are doing like this. Due to this i need to lose cibil, app, credit history scores all.

                I had been issued one yes bank mastercard as credit card recently by priya gupta ph:[protected] with application no:ybl0956326 at kolkata dvc towers vip road-700054. It was told that the card is life time free. But on 27.04.18 i had received a telephone call from chennai and a lady told that i have to pay rs 1749 per year as facility charges. Pl note i dont want to continue credit card with any types of anual fee. Pl confirm vide mail.

                  My name is krishan kumar kalra resident of 6 watch court, reisterstown, md, usa, 21136. I'm here since last 18 years. My home town is chandigarh

                  Unfortunately i opened an nri account in yes bank in sector 8 branch chandigarh 3-4 years back with customer id 588418 in my name (Krishan kumar kalra) and my wife's name mrs urmil kalra. For every check i deposit, yes bank ask me source of funds for that check. If information is not supplied yes bank delay deposit of check. Yes bank is not enquiry office. No other bank ask this information. I have also nri account in other banks. Other banks don't ask any information.

                  Recently i deposit a check amounting to rs. 80, 000 (Approx.). Yes bank ask me source of funds. They sent me an e-mail to enquire source of funds. That e-mail went to my spam folder and could not sent response. Yes bank returned my check to my address in india with comments "refer to sender". On enquiry by my relative, i was told that i did not respond to yes bank e-mail. On request by my relative, branch clerk sent me another e-mail. That also went to my spam folder. Since i knew about e-mail, i looked my spam folder and found e-mail from yes bank. Then i realized that earlier e-mail might have gone to my spam folder. I sent them response telling source of fund. Now yes bank came up new idea that my account is blocked due to re kyc information. I want to ask one question "how yes bank employees come up with new stupid ideas to harass customer". Banks has become source of corruption. Banks harass sincere customers and yes bank is bigger fraud bank whose work is to make extra money by harassing customer specially nri who can not harm them. Recently there have been lot of news about bank frauds.

                  My status has not changed since i opened. What new information is required? I'm really fed up with yes bank.

                  Please look in to complete case and save me from their fraud and instruct them to address my grievance.

                      This bank is a sheer waste. Slow processing, worst experience in terms of customer service and information. Amount was deducted of approx 300 which was never informed via mail or text. Worst part, the amount was deducted for using different bank atm in the month of feb, amount eventually was deducted in the month of april. Still refunds are pending. Customer service team is also casual and doesn't cares about others money. Suggesting all never to use this bank, you will only face challenge.

                          Muze yes bank se mr. Ashish bisht mobile number is [protected] and miss dhanshri his assistance ne call kiya tha bt karne ke liye. Mera hdb se 13% loan chal raha tha. Ye dono person ne muze near by 10 times call kiya aur 0% fourcloser charges loan karke dete hai aisa promised kiya tha. But end of moment unohane mera 735277/- ka hdb me balance tha unohane aditya se 13% se loan karvaya aur 4.35% interest fourcloser charges se cheque banvaya. 775277/- se mera 40, 000/- ka loss huva. Apana target complate karne ke liye ye log consumer ka loss kartne hai.

Later i figured out it's a fake call and fake transaction made on www yesbank gurgaon har in.                               negative penalty (-3900 inr) salaried account

                              I am using yes bank salaried account over the years, but due to employment change i din't use the yes bank salaried account from last 1 year,

                              So yes bank charged me the negative penalty (-3900 inr) on min balance on inactive account.

                              Please wave off the penalty from my account.

                              *rbi instruction for banks to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance in a savings...

                              Respected sir,

                              I have my salary account in yes bank from last 1.5 years. I was extremely happy with yes bank. But my experience is worst then ever from last few days. On 28th march at near by 8 pm in the evening i went to yes bank atm, which is in pul pehladpur surajkund (110044).

                              So i inserted my card into machine, i entered my atm pin, but machine got hanged. I tried twice, this time i directly got the option of entering amount, i entered 500, then i found a prompt stating that your transaction is successful, without entering the pin and i don't received my money. I was on the way of my home suddenly i got a text that rs 2500 has been deducted from my account.

                              Which made me shocked and devastated. The reason was it was the only amount through which i have to survive till 1 month. So sir i called to your customer care at the same time, they guys were not even aware that it was technical issue or what. First two days they fooled me that madam its a technical issue and you will get your refund. But i did not. Third day i again called and they told me that mam your amount has been debited, i told them the whole story thrice then they generated the request of cctv footage.

                              So sir what i felt is firstly they were not aware what it was, it was a fraud transaction or a technical issue in your atm.

                              Second thing they were not at all concerned about my issue. And the worst thing was when i was calling in your customer care, the same girl received my call, she replied me, madam abhi to baat hui thi apse, bataya to tha ki itna time lagega, so this was the pathetic response.
                              It has been 11 days i have no idea where my hard earned money is. Will i get my money back or not.

                              I[censored] can not help me in this then please tell me, then i will take legal action. I expect you will help because your services has made me sad and helpless.

                                  I have done an imps transaction yesterday (3/apr/2019), amount is debited from my account but not credited at beneficiary account. On this raised a complaint and they are still saying it may take 5 to 7 working days to refund the money.

                                  Customer care people are irresponsible in raising complaint until customer remainds them they will not talk on complaint. This is really very bad experience with yes bank. Better not to use yes bank account move to other bank

                                  I have just had exactly the same issue. Monet taken off account and not reflecting in Beneficiary account. And need to wait till the 10th for resolution. Are we living in stone age???

                                    I have made a transaction of Rs. 18890 on 4th April though my account, but i got to know that the same was a fraudulent one.
                                    I received the account details through email and they were posing themselves as my boss and showed themseleves in dire need. I found the same after I checked the email id which was masked by biss name. Request you to let me process to recover the money.

                                    They have freezed my account for last 1 month, not able to do any transactions, all my expenses are on hold, the investigation team is not giving any update, I feel i made a mistake raising the complaint, as anyways am not getting my money back and further bank people are literally paying no attention to my requests.
