I applied for personal loan from yes bank and due to that 4 blank cheques was also required to be given and which i gave to yes bank. But somehow nw they are asking me to give blank cheques of my salary account bank and i don't have that cheque book as it is applie.. Meanwhile i asked the yes bank official to return by earlier blank cheque but they are harassing me and giving me false commitments and not returning me my cheque..

    Totaly fraud app.

      I am having a current account in yes bank sadar bazar agra branch but even having enough amount in my account they rejected my cheque by saying sign doesnt match and asked me to send a letter saying its my sign only then also they rejected my cheque... Thus i want to close all my accounts with this bank as they are least interested in their customers.

        non-maintenance charges of bank account

        This is regarding charges that are being levied for non-maintenance of my bank account. I opened an account with yes bank in 2014 as my company operated with the bank. I left my previous company in 2015. With the change of my company, my bank account also changed. However, yes bank still charges me for non-maintenance, which today stand at INR -6, 772.14.
        I read online that as per the rbi guidelines, these charges should be waived...

        I received a call from yes bank representative to offer me a credit card. She had explained the offers of “yes first preferred credit card”. I had asked her to share he details of the offered card via email from the yes bank official email address but she told me that the representatives cannot send such mails and i will receive all the details via email before the application is processed. I received more than 15 calls for verification but not a single email about which card is being applied for. Upon asking, the guy who called for verification, to share the card details i was told to ask this from the original sales person who contacted me. Then i just dropped it and waited for the card to arrive so as they need to share the details at least with the card.

        Now i have received the card and instead of “yes first preferred credit card” i was sent “yes prosperity edge credit card” which has far less features then what were promised. The features of the card do not contain the discount offers that were promised. Upon calling the representative who sold me the card, she failed to recognize her customer and told me that she never had such conversation with anyone. I would request yes bank to look into this and stop cheating their own clients.

          Dear sir,

          I am k ramesh from visakhapatnam. Some person called from [protected] and request from personal loan. I explained about financial status clearly and submitted all the documents accordingly. After that he submitted and called your manager for conformation. At that time again explained requirements against tenure than logged for personal loan id no 386153. Now your people told me that, loan eligible for 60 months instead of 36 months. How your people are working? Why they don't whether i am eligible or not? Somany people are calling regards loan and asking the same question. You don't have proper check list now i rejected. But it will impact on my cibil score.
          Four months before also did like this. Somany people were calling and even after 1 week also not logged loan. Please ensure otherwise it will impact on reputation.

            I have issued a cheque to icici securities ltd., when cheque got cleared it is indicating nungambakkam, no information about the beneficiary. I didn't even received a message from the bank for clearance of cheque. When i requested to provide the beneficiary details they are telling me to wait for 48 hours. When they are debiting my account they are responsible to provide the information immediately. If there is any fraud transaction how they are going to deal with such a delayed service.

                Dear sir,

                I transferred money from my axis bank nre account to my yes bank nre account on 30th july but didn't receive the money...
                They say i have transferred money to wrong account..
                Yes-bank account no are of 15 digits
                The only error i did was i didn't add "00" to start my account thus marking it 13 digits..
                How can the bank accept the transfer to another account as they say when all their accounts have 15 digits.., money should have returned back to source account... Need your help to intervene to get my money back as it's inr 130000

                    After so many requests & complaints to the bank (Yes bank) there is no progress in my case, i had deposited cash in cdm on15/07/2017 14.12pm in riverside big bazar mall gomti nagar lucknow, but payment not credited my account even after 15-20days, i am following up since very first day when i deposited cash in machine.                         This is regarding charges that are being levied for non-maintenance of my bank account. I opened an account with yes bank in 2014 as my company operated with the bank. I have mailed yes bank and they are asking me to pay the amount.

                            Have been a yes bank customer (Id 1641316) for three years.
                            Moved out of india, and asked yes bank to change my account to nro.
                            They asked me to close resident savings account, and open new nro and nre accounts.
                            I filled up all the forms and they got it picked from my location.
                            The person who i was dealing with asked me to prematurely withdraw all fixed deposits and stop my sips from the resident account. I did the same and emptied my account.
                            Now, the customer service started to not reply to my emails. One and half months later i received an email that my signatures on the account closing form do not match. I did fill the form again and sent it to them. Now, it has again been more than one month and they are not responding to my emails. Although the initial promise was one week, they have taken more than three months and they have done nothing. Moreover, they don't even tell what the problem is.
                            I have incurred financial losses (On fixed deposits, on mutual fund investments, etc.) and i have wasted so much time with them. If complaining here does not work, i will surely waste some more time and go to rbi banking ombudsman.

                              UPI transactions failed-no refund after waiting for more than a month

                              My 2 upi transactions of rs 300 got failed on 30th may and amount was deducted from my account and even after calling yes bank complaint number for several times... My problem is not addressed and i have not received the complete refund for one of the transaction.
                              Got complete refund of rs 300 for one of my transaction and rs 50 for other. I have called them several times to fix the issue and return the money but 3 of my complaints...

                              Hello Team,
                              I was joined in one of IT company, that company opened YES bank as my salary account in 2015, i worked there for 1 year and after that I left that job because of study reason. J am not using that a/c from 1 year. And now i.e.after 1 year It is showing negative balance of more than 5, 000.
                              Please help me in closing the account.

                              According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
                              Where should i approach now. Please help.

                                I was asked by yes bank employee that charges for demat will be 1725 for year having 4lakh limit, upto 4 lakh no charges and i am opening new account so half charges will be deducted and 1st year AMC will be free.

                                But 1725 has been deducted from my account and AMC of 550 also.

                                When we ask bank people they only say we are doing.

                                From past 1 month i am chasing these people.

                                As on yesterday yes bank debited 149 rs from my saving account number [protected] under the reference debit card charges.

                                Let me very fluently write this its actully not like debit card its only an atm card. I can only use this for money withrow from atm but no kind of any transactions were happend with pos (Point of sell) which is system at various mall.

                                I used this @reliance mall, aurangabad
                                @prozone mall, aurangabad
                                @dmart, pune
                                @bigbazar, nasik

                                But this just sucks all time and my payment got failure this is very worst experience with india's big banking firm.

                                And one more thing in my town kannad, aurangabad none a single atm machine under name of yesbank flags so under which crieteria yesbank debited service tax of 22 rs from my account.

                                I want refund because this is totally wrong i means urs atmcard not working at any pos local, mall and no single services provided by you so why should i pay service tax of 22rs & 149rs of debitcard charges i paid you.

                                Give me my debited amont back to my saving account or else give me clarification on that

                                I hope as responsible bank u advertising yesbank replies me soon

                                  I got my salary account in YES Bank from my first employer on Mar 2013 and I have resigned from that employer on May 2014. I did not use that account after that for any kind of transactions. During the time of account opening there was no such requirement on minimal balance, however the bank all of a sudden charging me for the same which resulted in negative balance around 5K. When a person is not using an bank account for more than 3 years, why should the bank retain that account and burden their customer with this kind of irritating charges? I do not wish to pay this amount when there is no fault from my end and I need YES Bank to deactivate my account immediately.
