This Yes Bank is Worst And Kill To Employee !! HR Department promises me i revoke this complement then we have no reference negative if you join other bank !! But still i am finding job and jobless !! because Mr.Ziya Rasool and Mr.Vivek Pandey (CBL) is given to my reference negative i file to court but he promises me, you have clean but all are liar Rana Kapoor is also bad for me !! my economic state is very down, i have fully job less my mother also death bcoz he hipper tens, death reason high level high attack!! my power or economic status very low now am not also fight against court !! we request you please given me job. other wise, my death reason all of you in future i am already note write and save to my room.

Kindly providing me job all are your Mr.Ziya Rasool and Mr.Vivek Pandey (CBL) are fault why I survive punishment me !!

but from last 6 month i am try to join new job, many interview given, but my previous boss always said wrong and harmful feedback for me at local level why, Mr.Vivek Pandey & Mr.Ziya Rasool continued harassing me. they are putting my wrong and harmful feedback. i didn't get what happened with me. i got again today, I'm in this state of mental trauma and tomorrow could be any one. what mental trauma I'm going through. my economic standard zero till date, i seating at home without a job. this is all are effected my family i am tried to my best but last two banker hr said your feedback is very bad so we appointment or hired for our orgranisation, i ask return where you got my wrong feedback he said from Mr.Vivek Pandey & Mr.Ziya Rasool.

    I would like to close my account due to branch is too far from my residing location and I am senior citizen and patient also. I visited at SEEPZ Andheri East branch with closure application on 9th, 10th and 11th August 2016 But Sagar Lakhani both three time denied my application with different excuse like Server is down, signature mismatch, mandatory to visit home branch. All three day Sagar Lakhani given mentally and physically harassment.
    So I am requesting to you please send somebody at my home for closing the account.
    Please close it as soon as possible.

      I have deposited a chq. of Rs. 29420/- in yes bank vaishali Branch. Till date my cheque is not cleared yet.
      I contacted from Sukriti in yes bank vaishali Branch to tell me the status of the cheque . but she didn't give satifactory response and put my call on hold. later, she disconnected the phone and didn't pick up phone. i tried many times.

      Requested you to resolve my issue and take an action on this matter.

        I have submitted my documents last month, that time Yes Bank Executive assure me that within 20 days card will be dispatched to your address. I didn't get a single message of registration or Any verification call. Whenever I called the Yes Bank executive he will says that next week you will get the card. Without verification or registration how should I get the card?? But still same thing is told by the guy again n again.
        I am very disappointed with this service.

          My name is prakash from bangalore. I applied for personal loan and asked for a balance transfer of my existing personal loan.
          One of the worst ever processing for personal loan. The customer relationship manager from bangalore is very hard to get hold of. His name is sathish and mobile number:[protected] speaks very rude and have a do not care attitude. Speaks very harshly and saying do whatever you want.
          He told me in a manner that i am not the one who is begging for loan here when asked why are you not responding properly.
          Took 20 days to process my personal loan application and in the end, simply not attending calls and speaks in a way like "i will be like this. Go to some other bank if you are in that urgent"
          I was waiting for 20 days to get some update and chasing everyone (That customer relationship manager, sales team person, and a lady who called me first for the document collection) but all in vain. No one is even picking my calls.
          And now, i had decided that i dont want any loan at all from your bank and asked for documents. Sathish told me that, "oh i am not the one who called you for loan. You came to us. We are very busy. We will be like this only always. If you need documents, come and get in branch or contact the sales team person. When contacted the sales team person, he is not picking my calls and responding to my messages.
          I am not sure whether this will reach the correct department.
          But if it does, all i am asking is do not ill treat with the customers. And for god sake, please train your customer relationship managers the exact meaning of that job role.
          And if possible, ask mr. Sathish and sales team to respond in a proper way while speaking with customers.

            I have salary account in yes bank Nungambakkam branch. Only few ATM's is avail for whole chennai city. But they charged service Amount for using other ATM's. They also not provide credit card for salary account holder. even i am eligible for credit card . the same issue facing our friends. kindly take immediately response

              This is to inform you all that i have been cheated with your bank officials by doing wrong commitment, as i am a part of tata group and was in gurgaon city in 2012, company has asked yes bank to open a salary account and same was been initiated by your bank officials also, but for any reason same was not been deliver on time. Due to delay from yes bank, account was been open in other bank. After some days your official mr. Anshu kumar mona, [protected] has come to me with atm and cheque book of my opened account but i denied to take the same then mr. Anshu has confirmed that "sir ye ek saving account hai jo zero balance pe rahega iska salary aane se koi matlab nahi" for given reason i have received both the documents.In 2014 i have been transfer in my home town lucknow then i again asked your official to please close the account for this i have given the written request to them but same was not been done. After coming to lucknow i have called your toll free no to close this account on immed basis, for which i have been told "request is been registered and please go to your nearest branch of yes bank and surrender your atm with the bank, same was been followed but as per local bank team no complaint is received by them for the closer. Then after i again to dial your customer care and confirm the same what i faced. Today again i have received a call from your end by"[protected]"after a month to provide the information regarding my ask which was generated a month back and confirm again the same process. I am getting messages from your bank for where my ac balance is in minus. I am again requesting to all of your to kindly look into and resolve on top priority or i will go for consumer forum.

              ATM yes bank.. In ameriprise financial india pvt ltd. Plot 14 sector 18 udhyog vihar gurgaon. I have swiped my icici bank atm in the machine to withdraw 1500. Rs. Money never came out but the balance was deducted. Pls let me know what is to be done

                With this mail i want to bring to your kind notice that customer service of your organisation is going to very bad and this would lead to bad effect on customers such like me, i have opened a saving account (A/c no. [protected]/ sunil mehta), at that time, commitment was made to me that if i will open another account of my known, than annual fees of atm card will applied only for one time and not will be debited further, moreover it was also committed that after one year of account opening a credit card will also issue by you. Hence i have opened another account in the name of mr. Rohit tageja (A/c no. [protected]), but the bank has not fulfill the commitment as promised to me, atm annual fees has been debited twice and not any credit card has been issued to me, for this matter i have visited to your bathinda branch, where i have met ms. Kamalpreet kaur, at first she was agreed to reverse the atm charges, but after a week i have visited again to confirm whether the charges has been reversed or not, but ms. Kamalpreet kaur has behaved very badly and denied to reverse the charges moreover she also told me to close my bank account as bank didn’t in need of customer such like me, i want to know if this thing will be happen with the customers than how bank would maintain relations with the customers, please let me know that whether bank is also willing to me to close the account

                    I received funds through TransferWise via yes bank. I applied for an FIRC with all the documents mentioned in the TransferWise website. It's been a week I haven't received an update. I have called the phone banking 5 times. Moreover, this particular representative ( Ruchita Rane) finally called me after a week and she was very very rude. She finally hung up saying I shouldn't teach her what to do. She does not reply to emails and has the audacity to see you are not the only customer.
                    I need a redressal for this. This is not a govt dept, nor am I getting anything for free. I have paid to get the FIRC and deserve to know the status.

                    I contacted MR Nilanjan which is boss of Ruchita and others but in my case they have just not send us the FIRC . a simple letter with the inr payment details they did to us and it is subjected as NOC issuance for FIRC.

                    this is nonsense. My bank dont accept this document for Export regularisation.

                      Hi, i am sarath chandra,

                      Today on 06/25/2016 rs. 391.00 is debited in my account without any information. When i checked my account through net banking and by talking with the customer care exe, i got to know that the debited amount is charged because i have withdrawed the amount from non yes bank atms, that unfortunately i have come to know today only. But the cutting of these charges was applicable and started from may 1st 2016 only, and today when the yes bank debited the amount, i got a message and came to know about the new amendment. Till date i was having a very good impression about yes bank, but now at this time zero impression, bad.

                      1. Yes bank should have given a small message on may 1st only that this new rule is going to happen. No message came to my mobile, this mode of communication is the easiest way, that this also yes bank has not done effectively.
                      2. Yes bank should have e. Mail me, but clearly failed to mail also.
                      3. Yes bank should have messaged me the first time when i withdrawn after may 1st... But this international bank is giving the message to me today (June 25th 2016) after one-and-a-half month withdrawing the amount... Sooooo late.

                      So, this is not a bad communication, this is a very very very bad communication, which led the customer (I) in loss of rs. 391.

                      The customer care executive is not useful from any part of yes bank, just they talk and the time let go, but of no use, no profit. (Talked on june 25th 2016, name: kritika, time: 06:10 pm). She all the time saying that it is my fault. How it is my fault?? If i would know that this bank is levieing charges by withdrawing from non-yes bank atms, then i would have stopped withdrawing and have saved my rs. 391.

                      Now, the only thing i will do that i will take total money out from my yes bank account and keep it at zero. This will be the setting of not myself, but all of your customers.

                      The above charges were of may 2016 only and i do not know that how much they will charge for the june month. If this bank really wants me to save into my savings bank account, then:

                      1. I want my money back rs. 391.
                      2. No charges will be made on my account for june 2016 month.

                      I will be very happy if the two above things were done.

                        Your bank relationship partner Hemangini Parmar (Senior Officer).
                        Came to me and told that you are aligible for Credit card and you just have to open a saving account.. we provide you credit card.. and convince me to open a saving account and she will provide credit card.. but after I opened saving account she did not giving me proper reasons and didnt pick my phone calls.. so now I have to close my account......

                          Dear team I am the exsisting customer of yes bank for the last 10 years from delhi branch i recently open the new acount of my mother whiich is in jammu and the nearest branch is gandhi nagar i submit all the documents in the branch as per there requiment they also filled the form and do the necessary paper work the genet man was very kind and helpfull to me he ask me to coime after 3 days to get the kit i request him i am leaving for delhi tomarrow and my mother is a old lady can come to branch alone is it possible to delewer the kit at my residence i make him understand the adress and the location which he agreed when i left the branch i got the call in the way from the bank that they still need some more paper to full fill the formalities which i promise to delewer tomarrow
                          Now on wards the com;plaint starts
                          next day i went to the bank to give that paper the concern gentelman was not present when we tried to contact him on mobile he was not picking up the phone when i ask for the branch manager he was hardly any concern when i tried at the reception the lady was toatlly cluelesss i belive she was new and the product knowledge was just zero no aoe was assiting her as she was new i was there in the branch for about 15 minutes but no one respond my request at last i gave this paper at reception and ask the lady to hand over it to that concern person and in the evening i left for delhi now i am trying that nice gentelman to reach on phone he again not picking the phone when i tried it today he is disconnecting trhe phone
                          Frankly speaking this is my first bad experience with yes bank in my 10 years of business
                          hope you will look to this staff attitude at this branch in jammu and please let me know the further action of plan will my mother get the acount oipen or not mean while i am also contacting with the customer care for more information

                            I made payment of Rs.898.70 on 20.04.2016 through mobikwik.com for purchase from bazarcart.com. The Order ID is 4007033. At the Bazarcart, this order is showing Pending. The said payment has been debited from my Bank Account. My banker is saying this payment has been claimed by the merchant.

                            The said amount is neither is in my Mobikwik account nor with bazarcart.

                            Please look into the matter where is my said payment.

                              My name is Jitin.I am working for yes bank from last 4 months.During this period I am facing a such condition like as mentally harassement and torcher from my senior staff.My previous boss and branch manager speak to me that put your resign into the system otherwise we will terminate you.and they both speak to me in the abusing languague.now my branch manager has changed now but this manager is also speak to me that put your resign into the system otherwise we will terminate you or given a transfer to bawal.Bawal is arround 90 km from my home.today My branch manager speak to me that login your Id & password into my system in front of me for put my resign.and there is no working timming.He call us to work on second or fourth saturday even also a sunday.

                                This is the worst experience i got from yes bank, I contacted the toll free no regarding a info on my demat account the customer service executive told me that she will forward the call to demat department i was waiting for more than 30 mins i dont whether this customer care exists in yes bank i am going to file a legal case in court kindly please dont do this for other customers.

                                  I have changed my mobile number. It is got updated in bank records. I am not receiving the OTP on my new mobile number . This has been pending from last 6 months. It is very disappointing as this has been pending from last 6 months. I have tried all the possible options with no luck. Please help on the priority. I am getting all the messages on my mobile other OTP... Please Email me how to go ahead

                                    My payment has been deducted from my account but this is showing failed.
                                    Its been 3-4 days no service is being provided to contact to sbi and we try to contact them they are not giving good response.

                                      I had an online train ticket of 12295 / sanghamitra exp on 26-mar-2016 which was done using sbi net banking facility. I had canceled two tickets of class third ac on 25-mar-2016 at around 10.30 am.And on 28-mar-2016 the amount is refunded to my sbi account.But i haven't received the refund amount yet.
